This Week’s Invitation: Identify some triggers in your daily and weekly routine, that could trigger you to and serve as a reminder to mindfully raising your vibration.

[00:00:00] Hello, my dear ones. I have a high vibrational episode for you today. So let me ask you, do you ever feel stuck or stagnant or just sort of, does the energy ever feel sticky for you? I was interviewing somebody on the podcast once and we were just struggling. She was a great interviewee. I was a great interviewer.

[00:00:27] And we just, the questions were great. We had; everything was really well thought through. We had done all of our homework and we were in the execution phase, and it just wasn’t coming out. It wasn’t happening. And she said, do you think we should rerecord? Because the energy is really sticky right now. And I was like,

[00:00:49] 100% and sticky is a really great word. And I think we were just in a really stagnant, energetic place. And what wanted to happen in that moment was for us to just step away from the co-creation that we were in and just clear ourselves out, just step away from it. It just wasn’t time. And I realized that in that moment, my energy felt very stagnant, and it wasn’t a bad thing.

[00:01:19] It just, I believe it was our energy, trying to get our attention to say there’s a better time to do this. And because we both were basically energy healers; we were able to recognize it immediately. So, what do you do when your energy feels stagnant? Or something really challenging is happening in your outer world

[00:01:43] that’s putting you in a state of very low vibrational energy. That’s putting you in emotional states of stress, fear, overwhelm, and we’re talking about here, your emotional vibrational frequency and David Hawkins mapped this out very brilliantly in his amazing book, Power versus Force. And some of the lowest vibrations we can be in is that of shame and guilt.

[00:02:12] And on this scale, there’s a number of scales associated with that. And it goes from zero to a thousand and the numbers represent the Hertz frequency rate, which is a numeric number that represents our, what our energy body is vibrating at. And, you know, feelings of shame and guilt are around 20/30. So, you go up the scale, you get into grief around 75 anger.

[00:02:40] So fear is around a hundred, Anger 150. Then you get into a more neutral state. Courage is 200 neutrality is 250. Willingness, acceptance is 350. Reason 400. Love 500. Now we’re getting into the high vibe space. Joy 540. Peace 600. And then you get into that enlightenment. Some people call it God consciousness and that Hertz frequency rate is from 700 to 1000.

[00:03:16] And when you’re vibrating at that level, you can influence all of humankind. You can start manifesting things for the collective that impacts millions, billions, the earth. So how do we inch up this scale? How do we mindfully with intention feel and be an energetic resonance of these higher and higher frequency?

So, we’re talking about mindfully powerfully raising our energy vibrations and how we can do that with intention. I think most of us kind of hang out for a good chunk of our day in neutrality or should I say, that’s what we think we’re resonating at because when you’re busy, when you’re plugged into a computer, when you’re plugged into your phone or your technology, I think in our, our outer experience, our conscious outer experience, we would presume that we’re in a feeling state of neutrality.

[00:07:00] And that can be the case for some of the time. But I think often let’s say we’re on our phone, reading the news. Guess what the news is designed to trigger fear in you it’s designed, whether you trust it and love it or not, it doesn’t matter. But the truth is it’s really whether it’s good news or whether it’s trustworthy news or not.

[00:07:26] Most news outlets are designed to trigger within you this question of will you survive or not? Because our brain is always looking for information that will help us thrive or survive. And when we’re scrolling headlines, that’s continually triggering whether or not we’ll be able to survive or thrive.

[00:07:48] We’re interested. We are engaged. We want to click; we want to read more, and news outlets know that. And so, they design their headlines and their stories to get us interested. There’s so much information out there and the information age. So, they do this to rise above, to really grab us. Okay. What does that do to our energetic frequency?

[00:08:11] We may be sitting there reading articles, thinking we’re neutral, but the reality of our energetic resonance is that we are in fear. We’re in fear. We’re in stress. We’re in overwhelm and our energy is reflecting that, that’s the truth. I always say our emotions tell the truth of where we are and what we’re resonating at any given moment.

[00:08:40] So that is our truth, whether we’re aware of it or not. And so, when we’re resonating at these low frequencies, let’s say at fear, whatever our dominant energetic frequency is that, that dominant number. So, we’re just, you know, uh, you know, fear is around a hundred. So, our dominant Hertz frequency is around 100.

[00:09:04] Then we’re going to attract situations in our outer world that trigger more of that 100. Our outer world is the reflection of our inner world. So, we attract situations, more situations, people out of world circumstances that trigger more fear. So, what do we do? Well, now’s a good time to actually talk about how to protect yourself from being unnecessarily sucked, sucked down or lowered down to lower frequencies.

[00:09:37] And the word unnecessarily is important here. Why? Because we aren’t really designed here in this human experience to be high vibe 100% of the time. We are in this human experience to learn, heal, grow, and evolve. And what’s always going to be present when you’re going through learning, healing, growing, evolving is lower vibrational emotions.

[00:10:09] When you want to heal from past lifetime, ancestral, current lifetime traumas, and wounds, you have to go, you have to mindfully with intention, actually go down to those lower frequencies and feel those painful emotions. And it’s in the feeling that enables you to release them. If you don’t, if you don’t spend some amount of time feeling the trauma that’s trapped inside of you, it is impossible to release.

[00:10:41] Source tells me that you can go to the most gifted energy healer in the world, and they’ll be able to heal a lot from your energy body, but if you are not in the state of feeling your own trauma, only so much healing can happen. And I would say a trap we all fall into is we try to avoid these painful emotions, so we don’t have to feel them.

[00:11:05] And we avoid them by busying ourselves, plugging into social media, drinking wine, watching Netflix. And again, in that avoidance, we think we’re neutral and we’re not that the emotion is there beneath the surface resonating and that resonance is what’s creating a reality. So, my point here is that there are times to be, and recognize and honor our painful emotions and our

[00:11:38] emotions are part of our divine guidance system. Always guiding us to where we are in any given moment. So, I’m going to get more into this in a second, but I want to stay with those times when we’re unnecessarily being sucked down, meaning we’re not really, we’re in a low vibrational painful emotion, but we’re taking it on from other people and we’re taking it on from the collective and it’s not

[00:12:07] ours, therefore it is unnecessary. So, my first troubleshooting technique, when you’re feeling low vibe, and you want to raise your energy frequency is to be hyper mindful of the media you’re plugging into and do an inventory. It is highly likely that scrolling social media news feeds are going to put you in a low vibration.

[00:12:36] It is highly likely when I consume, I don’t really consume anything on social media anymore, but I do create on social media. And if I am consuming, I am hyper mindful. I like to watch cooking videos on Facebook and its fun for me. I like to I’m a vegetarian. I like to find new, interesting healthy recipes to try for my family.

[00:13:03] And that’s fun for me. So, I give myself permission to watch, you know, 10 minutes per day or so of these cooking videos. So, I have a bunch of, you know, vegetarian chefs that I follow and I go specifically to their pages and their pages only. I watched their latest videos. And then I put the phone down.

[00:13:24] That is me being hyper mindful. I don’t consume news media hardly at all. I’ve asked source if there’s anything going on in the planet that I need to know about to get that information to me. And that is the best. Source is the best newspaper delivery person that you could imagine. Cause it works every time and I’m always really informed about what’s happening in the world, but I never get unnecessarily sucked down to lower vibrations because I’m not mindlessly scrolling headlines that are designed to trigger fear in me.

[00:14:04] So do an inventory. What are you consuming in an average day or week? What is bringing you down? Do you really need to be consuming that thing? What do you watch on TV in the evening? Can you watch something uplifting? There’s not a lot of uplifting stuff out there. There’s Gaia TV that is uplifting.

[00:14:26] But if you’re just on Netflix or you’re just on Amazon prime, it’s all pretty low vibrational stuff, but there’s a few things, you know, comedies, things that get you laughing, things that are inspirational. And I would say, you know, I love a good spy film. You know, I like a good, I kinda like a suspenseful movie from time to time.

[00:14:47] That’s okay. But allow that to be a treat on an occasion and ask yourself though, even in those times, do you really, really want to watch it or are you just watching it cause your partner wants to, or you’re bored, or you don’t know what else to do. So be really honest with yourself when you’re watching something that’s basically, you know, scary or violent

[00:15:12] or sad. Do I really want to watch this? Is this really how I want to spend my time? Because as you’re watching say that violent film for two hours, you’re sitting there vibrating at that resonance at that fear, at that suspense, at that, you know, the thing, a gory scene, what does that trigger in us? All sorts of things.

[00:15:36] So we’re sitting there vibrating at a very low resonance, even though, we think what, you know, on a conscious level, most of us think that we’re just neutral and even neutrality is 250 on a scale that goes up to a thousand. So why not be in a higher vibration than neutrality anyway? And the second trouble shooting technique, when you feel like you’re being unnecessarily pulled down, and this is an important one, and I know this may feel challenging and that’s being hyper mindful about the people with whom you surround yourself, because that will definitely affect your energetic resonance.

[00:16:23] If you have a circle of friends who are always complaining, always seeing the glass half empty, that will pull you down. Now, typically the rule is lower vibration attracts up to higher vibration, but if you have a circle of friends who are overwhelmingly low vibe, it is likely that you’ll get pulled down to those lower frequencies.

[00:16:47] And you will be a reflection of that. You know, we’ll plug in, right? Misery loves company. It’s a human response. We want to fit in. So, if our friends are complaining. We want to join the choir. I think alcohol is another one. Alcohol is a depressant. Alcohol will bring our energy vibration down, even though on a conscious level

[00:17:09] we think that it’s being spiked up and it will be potentially spiked up, but there will be a crash at some point. And I think a lot of us gather with our friends over alcohol and that is that social lubricant is we feel is necessary for the connection to take place. And so that’s another thing to question, like think of a, of a, of a person in your social network who, when you get together, you guys’ drink.

[00:17:42] Imagine taking the alcohol way. Would you still want to be with that person? Would that person understand? If you said, hey, let’s get together tonight and let’s drink tea, let’s have herbal tea and talk. Would the relationship survive? Would you even want to get together with them? If you’re getting no to that, then I would reevaluate that friendship.

[00:18:05] And I’m going to be talking more about this in just a sec. But I want to move into now and reveal to you five powerful ways to instantly increase your energy vibration. Of course, of course, of course these aren’t the only ways there are millions of ways, but I’m going to give you five ways that you’re going to already know.

[00:18:28] So I am going to be a lovely reminder fairy for you to help you incorporate these things into your daily routine and make habits of them. And some of these, I think you might not have really thought about before or have thought about in this way. So, buckle up. This is going to be very high vibey and very fun.

[00:18:52] Okay. If you have been in my community for any amount of time, number one is not going to surprise you. So, the first powerful way to increase your energy vibration that I’m going to offer you today is going to the heart space. That’s that heart chakra at the center of your chest. And basically, you just tuning in to that heart energy.

[00:19:21] You’re basically placing your awareness on the heart as if, instead of being from your mind. Most of us kind of see our point of being coming from our mind, coming from like behind our eyes. Imagine instead, your point of being is from your heart as you’re sinking down into your body. And when you do this, normally you’ll feel some form of lighter.

[00:19:45] You’ll feel your thoughts slowing down. You’ll feel yourself starting to expand. And what all of that is, is you’ll feel your energy vibration raising our heart chakra point is the highest vibrational point of the energy body. So, plugging into that point is going to instantly raise your vibrations. A fun thing to do when you’re in the heart space is ask your higher self.

[00:20:14] And this is a great place to tune into to connect to higher self, ask your higher self for an I love affirmation. The I love affirmation is the balancing affirmation of the heart chakra. So just ask your higher self for an I love affirmation. To raise your vibration even more. So, I’m just going to ask my heart, my higher self now for an I love affirmation.

[00:20:39] So what do I receive? Okay. So, my higher self is crafty. I received, I had to actually pause the recording and kind of think about that for a sec. I received, I love all of humankind and the thing is that mantra that I love affirmation or mantra triggered resistance in me. Cause I was like, I don’t know if that’s entirely true.

[00:21:05] I feel a little bit angry about some of the powers that be right now and some of the policies and some of the things happening that’s I feel like is dividing us instead of uniting us and that’s triggering anger in me. And so, my higher self was actually guiding me to this anger that I didn’t realize was inside of me because I thought I was in a state of neutrality or even something higher than that.

[00:21:31] But I actually have this anger or this, 150 is the number of anger. I have this anger inside of me. So, my higher self guided me to that anger because that is in the form of an energy block that is weighing me down. All of our energy blocks, weigh us down to lower frequencies. And the more blocks we release and remove the higher we can go up the scale to a thousand and this thank you

[00:21:58] higher yourself, brings us very nicely to way to, which is to release the energy blocks weighing you down. And this one should probably, I probably should have started this one because it probably is at the end of the day, the most powerful thing we can do over our lifetime to raise our energetic vibration.

[00:22:21] I always have to start with the heart space. So that was my number one. But number two is releasing those heavy blocks that’s weighing our energy down and I recorded a whole episode on how to do that. I’ve actually recorded several. Links to those episodes are in the show notes, but I do highly recommend you check those episodes out after this one.

[00:22:46] So I just released the anger that I was holding and didn’t even realize was there. And I’m going back to my heart space to see if I can get another mantra or maybe it will give me the same one and it will just feel better. So, I’m going back to my heart space to get an, I love affirmation from my higher self.

[00:23:03] Ah, this one is way better. Thank you, higher self. I love being in connection and I’m getting the word communion with the community, the soul guided community of soul guide radio. Oh yeah. That really raises my energetic frequency, and it is very true. I do love that so much. So again, thank you higher self.

[00:23:29] All right. So, way one heart space, way two release those energy blocks and way three to instantly increasing your energy vibration is to squeeze a body part. What does that mean? You’ve probably heard this little technique before, but likely not as a way to instantly increase your energy vibration. So, what you want to do is all of those times that you do feel like you are in high vibration, maybe you’re meditating, maybe you’re in nature and something awe inspiring is happening to you.

[00:24:07] And you are feeling a deep connection. You are feeling like you’re getting close to God consciousness. You want to any, anytime you’re in that super high vibration squeeze a body part and squeeze the same body part. So, I always squeeze my left pinky every time that I’m in a high vibe-y state. And I think of it.

[00:24:28] So it’s not a hundred percent of the times, but often when I’m in a super high vibe-y state, I will squeeze my left pinky. So, when I’m in a low vibey state and I want to instantly raise my vibration. I squeeze my left pinky and I, what I do is I squeeze my left pinky three times and take a deep breath with each and they’re fast breaths.

[00:24:51] They’re not slow breaths, three breaths. I go like that. Three, actually three inhales. And that will instantly raise my vibration every time. So, this is a super powerful practice that you can use if you are in an uncomfortable situation and you need relief in that moment, and you don’t want anybody to know, or you don’t want to excuse yourself to do EFT or to meditate.

[00:25:23] You can squeeze your body part, and nobody need know you’re even doing it. So, this is a super powerful one that is accessible to you at all times. Okay. The fourth way to amp up your vibe is to, and we’ve already touched on this a little bit, kind of getting on the flip side of it, be around other high vibey people.

[00:25:46] So you really want to call into your circle. You know, your friendship circle, high vibrational people, people who lift you up. And as we get, you know, into adulthood (inaudible) I think we perceive this to be more and more challenging. And maybe at a certain point, I think they say that in our thirties is the time we really start outgrowing some definitely not all, some old friendships.

[00:26:15] Right. And those old friendships stop serving us anymore. And then you want to, you know, you kind of want to let those friendships go, that don’t serve, you know, the low vibe-y friendships. Let those go. So, you can create the space for the higher vibrational, higher aligned to you and your energy, friendships, relationships, partnerships, romantic, or otherwise can arrive.

[00:26:43] So if you have a tough relationship with your family, I mean, I just am here to tell you that. And obviously we can’t just go out and get a new one. I mean, we can, you can get out. You can attract new people that you love as if they were family, but in terms of your biological family, if they are people who really bring you down and maybe have brought you down your whole life, I just want to let you know that you can choose.

[00:27:10] You can choose. There’s no rule anywhere that says you have to have a relationship with anyone. And sometimes when I think it comes to blood, we have this thought like we have to we’re on the hook. But if these are people who have hurt you throughout your life, and they’re still hurting you, then you really need to go to higher self, allow your higher self to guide you.

[00:27:34] Do I want these people in my life? Does it serve me? And if you get a no, I invite you to trust that. And in terms of like calling in a circle of friends who are higher vibrational and higher aligned, to you and your energy, I think often again, not always, but often it’s easier to do that virtually first, you know, you get in Facebook groups, Hey, the soul guide circle is a great place where you can find super high vibey people and you make connections within these groups.

[00:28:08] And then you can invite people to a virtual coffee on zoom. I mean, I have a fantastic high vibe virtual community sometimes I think it can feel a little bit more challenging to get that locally but set the intention. Start to say goodbye to those relationships, those low vibrational relationships that you know are no longer serving you.

[00:28:32] And as you do that, you’re creating the space for higher vibe people and connections to arrive. All right. Number five is a series of things that I think you would expect to hear in this type of episode, but I think it’s important to mention again, to remind you of what you already know to be true. So, the fifth most powerful way to instantly increase your energy vibration.

[00:28:58] And there are, there’s more than one thing I’m going to mention here is movement, exercise, yoga, any sort of movement that feels good to you and your body. Walking, jogging, dancing, stretching just finding out what your body really loves to do. And that movement is immediately going to raise your vibration.

[00:29:22] And especially when you’re done, get those pheromones pumping. Another one here is nutrition. Yes, it’s true. Making your plate look like a rainbow will raise your energy vibration. Junk food. You know, sugary food, processed food will bring you down energetically, just like, it’s not good for your physical body.

[00:29:43] It’s also not good for your energy body. So, you know, start small, Tiny steps to, you know, one thing that I did, I’ve completely revamped my entire diet in a really, really good way through Noom and you know, Noom, you know, thing about diet is there’s a million different things you can try and it’s gonna work for some people and not for others.

[00:30:05] So Noom may not work for you, but Noom has helped me completely revamp my diet to one that nourishes me and is good for me and allows me to be in thriving health. But if Noom the Noom app, N O O M is not your thing, I invite you to keep trying other things. There’s so much, so many resources out there that are either free or low cost to help you eat with greater intention, eat more mindfully, all those things, and that will help you raise your vibration.

[00:30:39] The next one I’ll add here is nature. Being outside, connecting to earth elements, connecting elements in nature, trees, air, water, plants, animals, all natural elements are going to when you plug into them, when you tune into them. And I like to go into the heart space first and from the heart space connect to various and sundry earth elements.

[00:31:08] When you do that, your energy is going to raise. Okay. Moving on to, what do you do when life is feeling tough? You’re going through a trauma, a crisis, and it’s hard. And you are in a perpetual state of lower vibrational frequencies, a perpetual state of fear, anxiety, stress, overwhelm, sadness, grief. First of all, it’s being compassionate on yourself and knowing that this too shall pass and that the more that you can be in the energy of feeling in that difficult time.

[00:31:47] So giving yourself permission to feel the painful motions and sometimes it may be too difficult and that’s okay. You can be in survival mode. Right. And you don’t need to be feeling all of the feels because it’s too much. But to the extent to which you can, if it’s not a major crisis, if it’s just something that’s a bit milder, wherever you can just take a pause, just stop in your day

[00:32:15] and ask the question, what am I really feeling inside? And allowing that emotion spending about 60 – 90 seconds, fully, completely feeling that emotion you are going to release it. And in that post release, your energy vibration is going to raise, even if it’s just a little bit, it will. Our energy always raises after we release a difficult and painful emotion or a block.

[00:32:41] The other thing to remember, and I know you might be surprised that I haven’t said it yet, and I was waiting for just this time to say it. And I know you’ve heard this one before, but I’m just going to remind you what you already know here, because we need to be reminded sometimes a thousand times before it really sinks into our psyche.

[00:33:02] And that’s just breathe. Just breathe when you’re in the crap day or you’re in the crisis and you just feel like you’re completely weighed down energetically, just breathe, big inhales, big exhales, fill up the lower part of the belly. That’s not even meditation. We’re just breathing. Our breath will always raise our vibration no matter what is happening in our outer world.

[00:33:39] Breathe, breathe. The other thing I recommend you rely on when you’re going through a rough patch is the good old fashion journal, pen, and paper. When you write, and I do highly recommend that you write and not type, especially in this context is writing with your hand, activates your right brain. And our right brain is that side of us

[00:34:08] that’s connected to our intuitive part of us and to our own emotions and connecting into that right brain is always going to give you that sense of a little bit of relief, a little bit of vibrational raise. And in the journaling, you can really purge all of the things you’re feeling in that difficult day or that difficult time period.

[00:34:31] Just purge it, let it, let it rip. And then when you’re done with the purge, take some deep breaths, activate your connection to your higher self and just ask higher self the question, what message do you have for me in this moment? What message do you have for me in this moment, higher self? And another super powerful question to ask is higher self,

[00:34:56] what is my best next step? And when you slow down, because when you’re in that crisis, it can be really difficult to think about the future, to think about a month, six months, a year in. So that’s a great time to bring it all in, bring it into this present moment. And all you need to focus on is your best next step.

[00:35:21] And when you give yourself permission to only focus on that only in the present moment, you will also feel relief and you will also feel your energy vibrations starting to raise. Alright, Let us recap. Five powerful ways to instantly increase your energy vibration are one go to the heart space, two release your painful emotions or blocks. Three, squeeze the body part. Four, be around high vibey people that amp up your energy and number five movement, nutrition, and nature.

[00:36:03] Two trouble shooting techniques for when you feel like your energy is being unnecessarily pulled down is being hyper mindful about the media you’re plugged into and hyper mindful about the people with whom you’re surrounding yourself. And when you’re in a really difficult day or time period, just focus on your breath and grab a journal and a pen.

[00:36:28] And I will get to your invitation for this week in one second. But I just like to end this episode on a very short and sweet high vibe guided meditation to help you amp up your energy in this moment. So guess what we’re going to start with y’all. Your breath. Just start by taking some long, deep inhales, long, deep exhales, fill up the lower part of your belly.

[00:37:00] Come into the present moment.

[00:37:08] Focus on your breath

[00:37:15] and now place your awareness on your heart space, the area at the center of your chest tune in to your heart energy.

[00:37:37] Now I invite you to imagine that you’re going to send an energetic cord from your heart space up through your crown chakra, all the way up through the angelic realm, through the ethereal planes to source energy, and you’re going to plug into source and you’re going to ask source to amp up your energy vibration and just allow source feeling the connection, feeling your energy raise.

[00:38:26] Noticing any resistance you may feel or any thoughts that are not serving the process without judgment, and just put them on a shelf to be dealt with later

[00:38:45] and go back to the connection between you and Source.

[00:38:52] Feeling your vibrations raised to that of love being in the connection of love, the energy of love, feeling joy, being in this joyous connection to Source and being in the energy of peace.

[00:39:19] May you feel peace, may you be peace.

[00:39:28] And if you feel ready, inviting in God consciousness, feelings of enlightenment, being in the enlightenment.

Scooping up a piece of Source’s high vibey energy, Source is offering it to you with love and bringing it down back down to your crown chakra to come through and rest and integrate at your heart chakra, taking another deep breath.

My invitation for you this week is to identify some triggers in your daily and weekly routine that could trigger you to and serve as a reminder to mindfully raising your vibration, walking your dog, allow that to be a time of connecting to nature and raising your vibration. Washing your hands, allow it to trigger a gratitude practice.

[00:41:33] Having a gratitude practice before bed, allowing that to raise your vibrations. When you’re in the shower, allow it to be a time to take deep breaths and connect to your heart space. Think of things that you do in your every day that can serve as powerful triggers for you to engage in these various practices

[00:42:00] to raise your vibration. You are a powerful being capable of going all the way up the scale to resonate at your highest vibrations, enabling you to always show up at your highest and best self.
