That seems obvious, but few people actually do it. And this secret sauce to charging more than your industry averages. We’ll end on an invitation that will have you successfully raising and right sizing your rates.

[00:04:39] And in this fourth part we’re talking about how to successfully charge more than your peers. And when you get into that higher level of energy, right, because when you’re charging more, you’re in higher energetic frequencies. And it’s like people who are looking to invest more are very serious clients.

[00:05:09] They’re serious about overcoming their problem. They’re serious about reaching their dreams. They’re serious about showing up and doing the work. And if you can raise your frequency and your rates to those higher levels, those are the people who are gonna be most likely to tell their friends about you.

[00:05:31] And the friends are the ones who are gonna be most likely to see who you are and what it is you’re offering. If you think about investing in a small cost item. I mean, consider a low cost item you invested in recently, even if you are really, really excited about it. You are probably not gonna talk about it to too many of your friends unless it did something extraordinary for you. But let’s say you paid for something that was over a hundred dollars, over $200.

[00:06:03] Let’s say you invested in something that was over a thousand, over 5,000, you’re gonna be more discerning as to whether or not that was a good investment. It. And if you conclude that it was a good investment and that you are getting results, you’re gonna be highly likely to share that with your network.

[00:06:26] And that network, if they have the same dreams or pains or needs, is gonna be highly likely to check that offer out too. That’s why this topic. How to raise your rates successfully is really an important aspect of generating referral buzz, because at that higher level of frequency, that higher level investment, people are just gonna be more motivated to consume your offer and to talk about it when they get the results they seek.

[00:06:57] So the first factor always to raising rates and creating referral buzz. Is the topic of part one of this series, and that is to invite in your spiritual gifts and use your spiritual gifts to create massive results and transformation in your clients’ lives and the using of your spiritual gifts. We explore in part two of this series that are all linked in the show notes.

[00:07:26] So this is the process of you accessing your full soul power, accessing all of your intuitive acumen, accessing all of your ability to heal yourself and others. Even if you’re not a healer, even if you offer something else, there will be a healing component in what you offer.

[00:07:45] If you sell blenders, people usually buy blenders because they wanna live more healthfully. They wanna make smoothies and soups and juices. And if you create the right kind of environmentally friendly, that’s easy to clean and really blends well, people are gonna be really connected to you and your. And this blender, right?

[00:08:08] And you’re going to heal them through the power of a machine that helps people live health, healthier lifestyles. So any offer that’s in service to its clients or customers has some sort of healing component to it, even if it’s not out front and center, like say an actual energy healing class or a session would be manifestation.

[00:08:32] Is another spiritual gift that enables you to consciously create the life that you wanna live and the business that you wanna run. But you can also use this gift to help your clients consciously create their dream life to alleviate their pains, get to their dreams, get what they need. Then there’s the spiritual gift of teaching, which is about using your unique genius to create at your highest and highest levels to co-create with the divine.

[00:09:00] Co-create a new methodology, co-create a new way of looking or thinking or living or being or losing weight, or writing or being creative, or whatever it is that you help your clients do. And lastly, and maybe in some ways, most importantly to all of us, is the spiritual gift of leadership, which is your being, your true essence, the true, authentic, you without the masks, filters, or hiding.

[00:09:26] And when we invite in our spiritual gifts and infuse those into our offers, what we offer our clients in terms of results is limitless. It’s profound, it’s impactful, and it stays with your clients for lifetimes. And if you would love to learn. [00:10:28] All right, let’s get to the real secret to charging more than your peers or industry averages. That’s gonna seem really obvious, but I have the strongest hunch that you’re not doing it. And if you look around your peers, they’re not doing it. And it’s as simple as this. This is so important. Listen in here.

[00:10:49] Gather around. If you’re doing something, just stop for a minute. Stop for a minute and hear this. ’cause it’s so simple and it’s so effective. The secret to charging more than your peers and industry averages is to tell. Your clients and your network, why your offers cost more. Tell them why. So if you are a healer and you charge $800 a session and your peers are charging $100 a session, why?

[00:11:26] Why is that? You know, the average, my average rate for a one-on-one session is $1,200. Why do I charge more? I charge more because I am a Swiss Army knife of coaching. I offer intuitive business coaching, energy healing, human design, psychic readings, EFT. I mean, I could go on and on with all the different modalities.

[00:11:51] I charge more because I have been there. I have run a business for 10 years successfully , building a

[00:11:59] business while living in several different countries and building a great brand, building an audience that trusts me. And so I can mentor you about how to.

[00:12:09] Build your own soul guided business that is a consistent source of joy and revenue. I charge more because one session with me oftentimes is worth more than five to 10 years of therapy. I work fast, I go deep, and I spend a lot of time with your higher self and your divine guidance team before a session asking What does my client really need today on a soul level?

[00:12:38] That will get her the max results and impact. I’m extremely dedicated and laser focused on getting my clients’ results. And ultimately that’s why people invest in coaching. That’s why people invest in anything is because they want results.

[00:13:01] But so often I will hear my client saying, well, I would love to charge more, but all my peers are charging this, so I feel like I have to charge that. Well, that’s poppycock because here’s the deal. About pricing. The energy will always tell you the truth with regards to the value of your offer. And the energy is that frequency of the results and transformation you get your ideal client.

[00:13:30] So we’re talking about an ideal sole client and not everybody who, who enrolls in your offers is gonna be an ideal sole client, and that’s okay. But if you imagine it’s the ideal soul client and rolling into the offer, showing up, doing the work, consuming the offer fully and completely, and it’s the optimal max results that that person could experience.

[00:13:50] Now, if that’s a high vibrational, high frequency. Energy of transformation and you’re only charging a hundred dollars, but the frequency of it is $800. Your offer is gonna be out of sync energetically. And you might be thinking, well, I’m not getting clients, so the answer must be that I must lower my rates.

[00:14:20] I hear this from clients all the time. I’m not getting clients, so therefore, lower rates. Sometimes that may be in order, but often the reason you’re not getting clients is because you’re not charging enough. Not because you’re charging too much. So you want to allow the energy to be your guide with regards to what something is really worth.

[00:14:44] And there’s really three energies at play here. There’s your energy and the energy, the offer. There’s the energy of the sole client avatar and there is the energy of the market. So if you are offering something that all your peers are charging $50 for and you’re charging $1,500 for, you can do that and you can do that successfully.

[00:15:08] But you need to make sure that a certain energetic frequency is so powerful that you can overcome the market by that much. And that brings me nicely to the secret sauce of charging more than your peers, and the secret sauce is to own your worth. The value your offers create for your clients. If you can’t own that, if you can’t feel that so fully in your bones, it will be hard to charge successfully.

[00:15:49] I mean, you can try, but it will be difficult to successfully and consistently fill your offers at higher and higher rates, and that’s okay. Nobody starts out, well, I shouldn’t say that. Very few people start out at the top rates. Most people build up to it. I know I certainly did. My first offer was five sessions for $125, and I wanted to enroll five people into that offer.

[00:16:23] And then once I enrolled five. I was gonna raise my rates and that’s exactly what I did. So you think about that five times five, that’s 25 sessions that I got my first paid sessions. So I had 25 paid sessions, and that’s a whole different frequency than free sessions. And if fit your at the very beginning of your journey, I do recommend starting with free sessions.

[00:16:46] Why? Because it will help you own your worth and the value you create. So. Oh, I set the intention. I wanted to do 25 sessions at $25 per session. I did that and after those 25 sessions I was like, right, holy moly, I’m getting my clients some like really amazing next level results. Okay, I’m ready to raise my rates.

[00:17:12] To be honest, after that, I think I raised them to 200 a session, and then when that started to feel easy and I started to really own that and that was. I was starting to get really fully booked with a waiting list. Then I raised it to 400 a session, I think. And then I think eventually I got to around

[00:17:33] 800 a session, and now this is when. The market value for a session can come into play. And then to be honest, I was getting so, there was such a demand for private coaching for me at that time. And it was just a time, it was during the pandemic and the coaching market was really hot ’cause people had extra time and extra money for coaching.

[00:17:58] My rates went up to, at its peak, $2,000 per session and I was fully booked with a waiting list. But then when the pandemic passed and the market cooled a bit, which I think was totally a good thing, you know, the coaching industry is like the real estate market.. It ebbs and flows. It’s hot, it’s cold.

[00:18:22] , And each coaching market is a little bit different. Sometimes relationship coaching is hot and then it’s not. Sometimes health coaching is hot and then it’s not. So I don’t get too bogged down with the market, like in terms of like researching trends. I more go to the energy of it. What is it?

[00:18:39] Is it feeling like, and then noticing. Am I getting booked or not? I mean, that’s like the true indicator. And throughout all of these, this journey, I was getting fully booked with a waiting list until I wasn’t, and then all of a sudden, the private client started to dry up at those higher rates, and it was a good thing.

[00:18:58] It was such a good thing because I wanted to re-pivot my whole business to be focused on sole blueprint, which is now my signature certification course. And if I had a fully, fully overly booked. One-on-one client roster who was paying me, you know, with clients paying me a ton of money, I probably wouldn’t have pivoted even if I would’ve wanted to pivot because that old thing was working well, it stopped working, and then I started to retool again, and I started to rebuild and now I’m, I’m landing on about $1,200 per session and that feels spot on in energetic alignment.

[00:19:36] And I have a feeling as , I can just kind of feel energetically that I’m gonna be raising my rates again because there’s getting to be more and more of a demand for my one-on-one. So, you know, when you think about your prices, it is a fluid fluctuating breathing energy frequency.

[00:19:55] And I do recommend not posting your rates on your website. , , if you are a coach, ask people to book a discovery call with you and you can talk about it in the discovery call, and you can let them know all about your rates.

[00:20:07] It is okay for your rates to fluctuate. Because rates fluctuate. And they live and breathe with you. And so if you have rates posted on your website, it’s a little confining and it makes you feel like it has to be this way because I publicized it that way. Well, my recommendation for you is not to publicize, especially for one-on-ones.

[00:20:31] So that you can be in the ebb and the flow of the energy that’s present, but there’s no real raising of rates from a real successful and empowered place if you are second guessing your abilities, second guessing the value you create in the world. Second guessing your ability to really serve your clients and owning your worth is a journey.

[00:20:56] It does not happen overnight. And the best ways to own your worth is to heal. First and foremost, heal. And I can tell you the healing you will learn in Soul Blueprint will blow your mind and take away all those layers and conditioning and wounds, and past lifetime wounds and ancestral wounds telling you.

[00:21:19] You are not enough, or maybe you’re too much and we will peel those away and replace them with I am an infinite lightworker of love and light who is here with a big soul mission to make a huge impact on the lives of my clients and humanity. Okay. Secondly, spend some time tapping into the frequency of the max and optimal results you get your clients.

The other thing I recommend doing is. Keeping a little folder. With all the feedback you get from clients about the results, you get them big feedback, little feedback, and go back from time to time and read through the folder.

[00:22:20] Yes, it’s great to do that for testimonials that you post on your website, but don’t just do it for collecting testimonials. Do it for you. Do it to help you own your worth. Do it as a reminder that, wow, I am getting my clients big results and transformation.

[00:22:39] And lastly, you can simply just tap into your gifts, tap into your spiritual gifts. You do that as simply as taking some deep breaths, pivoting your awareness down, connecting to your heart space at the center of your chest,

[00:22:58] feeling your energy expand out. Setting the intention to connect to your higher self and inviting in your spiritual gifts. Just invite them in. Just feel them. Feel your spiritual gifts. Feel how powerful they are. Feel how inspired and eager they are to both serve you and serve others and allow your own magnificent connection.

[00:23:28] To your spiritual gifts to really help you own the bigness and the powerfulness of the worth and the value you create in the lives of your clients and in the world. My invitation for you this week is to, invite in your spiritual gifts and then do some exploration into, am I charging enough? Do I need to right size my rates?
