Your Soul Operating System: How You’re Uniquely Designed to Use Your Spiritual Gifts

[00:00:55] For podcasts for spiritual entrepreneurs, which I love there’s a category for that, by the way, because there are so many podcasts dedicated to spiritual entrepreneurs.

[00:01:04] It’s actually a pretty competitive space. I think a lot of people wouldn’t realize that. And this is a beautiful studio, studio Point of View, I wanna give them some love, uh, in downtown The Hague. Uh, some of my listeners are local or based in the Netherlands, so if you guys wanna come check this studio out, I really invite you to do so.

[00:01:24] Very warm, cool, high vibey space, I have recorded in studios before, but, but not like this. This is m- feels more like a TV studio. I did record once before the pandemic in an actual, like, kind of purpose-built podcast studio without not such a cool, pretty set.

[00:01:42] But other than that, , I’ve been my own editor. I’ve hired editors. I’ve, I’ve, I’ve done all sort of configurations. And I know a lot of people and a lot of my clients will come to me and say, “Well, Allyson, should I start a podcast? Is the podcasting era dying? Is short-form content taking over?

[00:02:02] Is the Instagram Reel gonna be the queen of the realm?” And I just wanna say, before we get in today’s topic, which is about something else, but it’s all related, um, podcasting is not going away. And this is coming from my intuitive sources, but also from research. And there’s gonna be a big move afoot, and this is coming in from astrologers, business analysts, um, intuitives such as myself.

[00:02:28] There is already a big movement away from influencers and gurus towards, and that often, not always, but often means a lot of short-form content, to Real, authentic, longer form content of the guide by your side. People aren’t looking to be influenced. They’re looking to be held, supported, nurtured, especially soul-guided folks like you and me.

[00:03:00] We don’t need to be influenced. We get influenced enough in our day. Um, my daughter is watching this thing on Netflix right now of these influencers. Of course, anybody who has kids in a certain age is gonna know this. I’d never heard of them. The D’Amelio sisters, and they’ve got millions of followers, and they, um, make millions of dollars.

[00:03:24] Like, they’re both worth… They’re each worth, like, $45 million, and I don’t know how old they are, but I think they’re, like, 22 and 23. Um, if you know more about them, sorry if I’m getting their demographics wrong. But, um, I, I listen to them and I think, “How are these girls,” and no offense to them, you know, but, like, “How are they making that kind of money?

[00:03:48] Like, what is it that they are contributing to society and to the collective to make this a better place?” And I just… I, I, I really see, like, this sort of influencer era where people are influencing but not adding value, to my opinion. Okay? That’s, you know, subjective, so you may think that they are adding value.

[00:04:12] But to me, adding value looks like more in this category of guide by your side. Yes, I might be teaching you something, but I’m helping you transform. I’m helping you step into a new identity. I’m inspiring you. I’m giving you information about something you’re passionate about. And

[00:04:38] I really, feel like this trend, this place we’ve been in with this influencer culture, especially the, um, dark aspects of it, and it’s not all bad, of course. But I think a lot of this sort of guru, do as I say, look at my life, aren’t I so cool kind of culture is going to be, uh, falling away to be replaced by longer form content, things like podcasts, things like Substack, where people are offering high-value content.

[00:05:16] And I’m sorry to go a bit on this tangent, but I know this affects so many of my clients and people in my audience who really are tired of where we’ve been. And so I want to let you know there’s hope. If you feel like launching a podcast, do it. If you feel called to launch a Substack, do it. If you’re someone who loves short-form content on Instagram, beautiful.

[00:05:41] Keep doing what you’re doing that’s creating value, and of course, you can create value in short-form content. Keep doing what your heart is calling you to in service to your audience, because it’s that transformation that we’re moving towards. That’s what people want to buy in the next era. They want to buy transformation.

[00:06:04] They want to receive transformation, not just information So guru culture was a lot of information, and a lot of it was like, “Listen to me, do as I say.” Influencer culture was a lot of information, “Look at my life. Isn’t it so cool?” And that, thank God, is starting to strip away to make space for something better.

[00:06:26] So finally, I’m getting to the topic of today. Um, but I guess this new podcast space just, uh, inspired this rant, um, so I hope, uh, you received something from it. But we’re actually gonna be talking about your soul’s operating system today. Some of the listeners of this show, and I know some of you guys have been listening to me for years, and because I’m in this new space, I am feeling nostalgic, and I just also wanna say thank you for being with me for so long.

But we’re into human design today, and we’re gonna be talking about human design as your map, but it’s not enough, and that’s why I was referencing listeners to the show.

[00:08:11] Some of you guys have been hearing me rant on this for a while, and I’m gonna keep going. But I’m gonna offer something new today. Um, so if you’re brand new to human design, you’ve probably heard of it. Human design is a combination of astrology, the Chinese I Ching, the Indian Ayurvedic system, Kabbalah, and actually the human design system itself.

[00:08:38] If you’ve never dabbled with human design, run your chart and just start to get to know the basics. You can run your chart at my website, allysonscammell.com/chart. And what makes my chart different, and that link will be in the show notes, what makes my chart different is that when you run it, it’s gonna, it’s gonna appear, and it’s gonna look like a foreign object, and you’re gonna say, “What does any of this mean?”

[00:09:06] Well, all you have to do is run your cursor over the three little dots around every single element, and a really beautiful, amazing, but short, not too long, ’cause you can get overwhelmed with information, a little short description pops up and tells you exactly , what each thing means. I invite you to start with type, strategy, and authority.

[00:09:30] If you get to know those three things, everything gets back to type, strategy, authority. And just like astrology or Gene Keys, this human design map, which is called your body graph, it’s not enough. It kind of represents where we’ve been, ? In the sense that Human design was born in the late 1980s and really started to get traction, let’s say, in the early aughts, and now I would say since 2020, it’s really kind of, uh, mm, entered into the mainstream.

[00:10:07] And it gives you awareness, just like your astrology, just like your gene keys. It shows you where your shadow tendencies are. It shows you where your gifts are. It shows you what it looks like for you to be in high expression. And out of all the maps that one could look into to give you a picture of this for your life path of this lifetime, I find human design to be the easiest, most accessible, and most integratable.

[00:10:44] So that’s why I have kind of dove, uh, into this study of human design. I’m just about to collect my sixth certification. Um, so I’m really getting into advanced study of human design because I find it so useful in my life, with my family, with my kids. Oh my gosh, it’s a lifesaver with kids, certainly with my clients, and then

[00:11:09] I just really just love teaching it to others. But the map alone is not enough. It doesn’t tell you how to get there. It tells you the what, what high expression looks like for you, but it doesn’t tell you how to shift into high expression. So that’s when what I say is we, we were in an era which was all about maps.

[00:11:36] You, you have to start there. You have to start with a map. If you don’t have a map, it’s really, really hard to know how to get where it is you wanna go. And so we started with the map, but the map alone isn’t enough. We need a rucksack. Maybe we need a Sherpa. Maybe we need snacks in our rucks- rucksack.

[00:11:56] Maybe we need milestones along the way, and then we need clarity on what is the exact final destination. Human design , it’s the map, but it’s not all the things that you need on your journey What is all the things you need on your journey? Well, — that’s your soul operating system.

[00:12:18] Just like our phones have, have an OS, they have an operating system, and they get updated, and it’s this operating system that kinda tells the data where to go and, you know, I’m not a tech person, so I’m not gonna be very good with that, the details of that metaphor. But it’s the idea that our energy, the way we show up,

[00:12:39] And when we move into high expression s- especially, it’s not accident. We’re not stumbling upon alignment. We’re using energetic gifts, and I call these gifts spiritual gifts. These are the gifts we use to connect to and co-create with the spiritual realm, with the divine. We all have them, it’s just a process of learning how to awaken them amplify them, activate them, learning how to integrate them into our experience with intention.

[00:13:18] We’re using them all the time, often without realizing it. I’m using them right now as I speak to you. But when you really get to know your unique system, this is when the game starts to change. This is when you really start to move into that sharp, high alignment, when you’re moving into flow of life, where opportunities are just falling on you, clients, collaboration partners, brilliant ideas, sparks that get you super excited.

[00:13:58] And I call it, like, that movable walkway experience where, like, at the airports, when you’re just standing on the movable walkway and, and it’s just flowing you forward. This is what alignment does. To find the alignment, it starts with the map, and certainly it doesn’t have to be human design. I know some people who

[00:14:21] human design just doesn’t land for them, but they love astrology, for example. So finding one of these maps that gives you information about your soul experience, your life experience, your energy, low expression, high expression, the milestones of your life, right? I just turned 50, so, um, I’m in a big Chiron return era of my life path right now.

[00:14:45] So what are all the themes of the Chiron return? They’re very specific. That’s actually when an astrological chart potentially is more useful than a human design. But the human design also gives you really good clues about what to expect as you move through something like a Chiron return. I was just, uh, meeting with a client yesterday who’s in her Uranus oppo- opposition.

[00:15:10] She just turned 40. So that Uranus opposition around 40 is gonna be very different themes than me at 50. And I should also say about these maps, they’re not black and white, right? And we all have all parts of, for example, the human design chart, okay? And this is something I’m gonna be talking about more and more and more. Um, I actually think that we’re just scratching the surface of human design.

[00:15:39] So in the weeks ahead, I’m, I’m gonna be s- doing some podcast episodes about the next era of human design and what we’re moving into. But I’m not gonna record those quite just yet, so maybe in a couple months from now, because I’m still wrapping my head around it. So this is sort of, uh, the latest cutting edge information about what’s happening with human design, and as we start to close down the 400-year cycle of the incarnation cross of planning, which is what we’re just leaving from a human design perspective, and I’m, I’m gonna be talking more about this in just a minute, and we’re moving into the incarnation cross of the sleep being phoenix, which officially kicks off around February 2027.

[00:16:24] It’s ushering in a whole new evolution of the human design chart, and that’s when we’re really gonna be moving into we all have all parts of the chart. However, what our chart can do for us now, it tells us where our baseline is. It tells us where we’re starting. Like, this is where we were and are at the time of birth.

[00:16:50] But as we grow, heal, learn, and evolve, we start to activate more parts of our chart. We start to evolve beyond our chart And certainly something like a human design chart really points to your consistencies and your inconsistencies. And so where you are likely to show up in this consistent way, but it’s not black and white.

[00:17:19] It doesn’t mean this 100% for sure will happen. It just gives us a clue into consistencies and inconsistencies. But ultimately, we all have all parts of the chart, and , if we’re on this evolutionary path as a soul-guided person, asking the questions, doing the healing, we evolve beyond the chart.

[00:17:39] And the thing that gets you evolving beyond the chart is your operating system, your soul operating system, and that is your spiritual gifts. Listeners of the show have heard me talk about this a lot, but I’ll just go through them quickly. What are the five spiritual gifts? Of course, it always starts with intuition.

[00:18:01] You can’t do anything if you’re not communicating. If you don’t receive the guidance from the divine, you get a little stuck at the first gift. It doesn’t mean you’re not accessing all gifts all the time. You are, but I – I call the spiritual gift of intuition the portal, the, the gateway, the door. And when you heighten your intuition, your ability to communicate with the divine, that’s when you heighten your ability to access all four gifts.

[00:18:30] Then moving into, I don’t know which gift is most important. Sometimes I would say in this lifetime, where Earth is on an evolutionary scale, this next gift I would say is probably the most important, and that is the spiritual gift of healing. If we have energy blocks inside of us that we do not heal, we get stuck, and we don’t evolve, and that’s true personally, but that’s also true collectively.

[00:19:02] And we’ve been going through a huge healing cycle on a collective scale, and as we move into the Sleeping Phoenix era, which starts next year, that healing is gonna accelerate. What’s usually involved with healing? Well, a lot of change, a lot of challenge, tumultuousness. So we can definitely expect, you know, I think in the end of this calendar year, 2026 into ’27, you know, astrologers say through 2035, collectively, we’re gonna be in an evolutionary mmm- ebb and flow of big waves causing, uh, you know, triggering big collective scale challenges such as a global pandemic to ebbs, to periods of, , calm seas, beautiful evolutionary breakthroughs, um, collectively evolving to a space of more love, more connection, , less violence, less , seeing each other as differently and more of a unity of coming together as a collective, as a, as a humanity. So it’s gonna be a, a time of high highs and low lows. Then in 2035, things are going to evolve off a little bit in a good way.

[00:20:39] Evolve off, is that a verb? Things are going to level off, but in a higher evolutionary way. So we’re gonna kind of, mm, level off at a higher frequency , in around, , nine, 10 years’ time . So , we’ve been in it, right? , All of us personally, collectively, we’ve been through our challenges. And I would just say, , keep your seatbelt on because the waves of change are gonna still be quite rocky for the next nine to 10 years. And it really is the reason why now more than ever is an important, key, critical time to be working with understanding, developing a daily practice with your spiritual gifts.

[00:21:32] Because it is your spiritual gifts that will enable you to ride these rough waters from a place of ease and calm. Just because there’s fear and anxiety in the collective doesn’t mean that any of us need to take that on. Some of that might just absolutely not be for us, and I’m not talking about spiritual bypassing, and I’m not talking about ostriching and sticking our head in the sand while people are suffering and we’re just hiding out.

[00:22:07] I’m not talking about that at all. I’m talking about understanding which challenges are ours to take on and which challenges are not ours. And the thing about lightworkers are, and one of our biggest roles that we play here, is we are operating at higher frequencies energetically. Uh, otherwise, you probably wouldn’t be interested in any of this spiritual discourse.

[00:22:32] When you move into these higher frequencies, that’s when you really start to access your spiritual gifts at higher levels. And even if you’ve never been around spiritual people or spiritual conversations, didn’t grow up in a spiritual family, once your energy starts to get past a frequency, the spiritual gifts are gonna find you It’s gonna find you.

[00:22:53] It’s gonna come to you because your energy is in such sync, ’cause the spiritual realm is operating at a very, very high frequency. So once your energy body starts vibrating at those higher frequencies because you’ve done the healing, you’re living an aligned path, you’re taking care of yourself, you’re eating well, moving your body, doing work you’re, you love, all the things, right, that we’re told gives us a happy life or a joyful life.

[00:23:21] When you are doing that, even if you’ve never had any spirituality around you ever in your life, spirituality is gonna tap on you and say, “Come play with us.” Even if you call it something different, you, mm, don’t consider it spiritual, you don’t need to. It’s not really about that. It’s just energy at the end of the day.

[00:23:40] So however you approach it, you’re gonna align to it. It’s gonna be the same thing, even if you have a different belief system about it. So back to my original thesis for this episode, which is human design is the map, spiritual gifts are your soul operating system, and we need this soul operating system, especially as light workers, to navigate some of the rough waters of change that are ahead.

[00:24:09] And I will also say about the rough waters of change that are ahead, and I’ll say that are likely ahead, I mean, we don’t know until it arrives, but, . it’s gonna be good change. It’s disruptive, and it’s gonna be uncomfortable, but the systems that are broken and that no longer serve humanity are gonna be breaking down, which needs to happen, and that’s always uncomfortable, to make the space for better, more aligned, more loving, more serving systems, patterns, communities, uh, frameworks to take its place.

[00:24:49] And that’s exactly what’s gonna be happening in the era of the sleeping phoenix

[00:24:55] so let’s dig into the soul operating system a bit. , Like I said, you don’t need a human design chart at all, and I don’t even know if I’ve said that, so let me say it right now. You do not need any sort of chart, any sort of anything to access your operating system. It is just part of you, and we’re all accessing it all the time without even realizing, and I’m so sorry.

[00:25:20] I stopped at healing, and I didn’t get to the last three gifts. Okay. This is my part of my human design at work where I start talking about something, and then I go on a tangent, but then I usually always remember to come back. At least I hope I always remember to come back, but I think sometimes I actually don’t, so apologies in advance for any time that I don’t come back to where I started.

[00:25:45] So I was going through the spiritual gifts. We went through intuition and healing. I– They’re always gonna be gifts one and two because they are… Like, without intuition and healing, it’s, it’s really hard to find the alignment of the other gifts. Third, you’ve heard about this one a lot. Definitely one of the most taught about and most, hmm, not talked about holistically enough gift is manifestation, and I’ve done, uh, I’ve, I’ve taken 1,000 manifestation courses, not because I was like, “Oh my God, I wanna manifest everything.”

[00:26:23] It’s because I’m fascinated by it. I’m just, like, so curious about the law of attraction and the quantum physics of it and the actual energetic resonance of how it all works, and I find that they all tell the same story. All the courses and books that I’ve taken or read, they all go in the same direction.

[00:26:43] They all basically I align to, but they don’t tell the whole story. Most of ’em, like something like the book, like “The Secret,” which I do appreciate because I call it, like, the gateway drug into spirituality. Like, “The Secret” was really the book that I read when I was 32 years old, and I was in a just absolute low moment of my life that enabled me to find the spiritual path, so I’m always so grateful for that book.

[00:27:17] We need these sort of gateway drug books. And I’m not, belittling or down talking about any of this stuff at all. I would say, like, “The Power of Now” by Eckhart Tolle, and I love Eckhart. I saw him live in Rotterdam, and he is lovely. Like, he’s the real deal.

[00:27:32] Um, some of these other books that are very mainstream, “The Power of Now”- They are lovely and they are a first book, but they barely scratch the surface of what we actually need to know to manifest and to live a aligned life. Like I think Eckhart would… I think he thinks, and who knows, that you could read “The Power of Now” and have all that you need to know to live an aligned life, and I’m like, “No way, dude.

[00:27:59] I need way, way, way more than just this book about living in the present moment.” But what did that book do? And that’s also one of the first books I read, is it awakened me. I think that’s the job of these books, to awaken. But getting back to a book like “The Secret” for manifestation, it just barely, barely scratches the surface.

[00:28:21] And a lot of manifestation books are very egocentric. You know, how to manifest money, how to fa- manifest love. It’s all the wants of the ego. True manifestation, and I should say here, uh, the big distinction between manifestation and conscious creation, right? We’re always manifesting, and in fact, I could change the name of this gift to the gift of conscious creation, but I think manifestation is better because we’re always manifesting.

[00:28:53] With every breath we’re manifesting, ? Because, , what is in our outer world experience of today is the manifestation of what we were vibrating at last week, last year, last decade. Conscious creation moves into Creating that thing that you don’t have right now. If you make $5,000 a month in your business, and you have, let’s say, for the last year, and you want 10,000, And that’s coming from your heart, not your head.

[00:29:27] Okay? Manifestation, we manifest with our head, we consciously create with our heart. So your higher self, not your brain. Your brain coming in saying, “Yeah, well, if you wanna really make it, if you wanna prove to your partner, prove to your dad, or prove to whatever, prove to yourself that you’re really an entrepreneur, you need to make at least 10K a month.

[00:29:46] So make 10K a month. 5K is not enough.” That’s wounding talking. That’s– we go back to spiritual gift of healing to clear that nonsense away. But if the heart is saying 10K a month because you wanna serve more, you want to hire a team, you want to put an addition onto your house, which is also spiritual, right?

[00:30:05] We need to live in nice places, and that’s the heart leads us to nice places, ? That is conscious creation. That is using spiritual gift of manifestation to tap into a higher timeline and consciously create your experience. That’s where you really need your spiritual gifts working in alignment, and that spiritual gift of manifestation, tapping into a future potential timeline to consciously create your experience.

[00:30:39] Because it’s all potential, ? This gets back to quantum physics. It’s all potential. And when we manifest something, it’s actually, and I find this so fascinating, , it’s collapsed potential. So,

[00:30:53] my business has done well for through the years, and I remember when I had my first $65,000 cash month, and I had an over six-figure sales month, and that was way more than I’d ever earned before in my business. And I remember thinking Like, how did this happen? H-h-h-how, how did I get here? Like, how did I have this jump up in sales?

[00:31:24] And, and, and it was really sort of this period of accelerated growth, and when I looked back, I realized that I was just in this alignment. I had followed my higher self. I had done the work. I’d showed up. We can’t manifest our way to a 65K cash month by just meditating and following higher self. You know, I had the marketing plan, the strategy.

[00:31:50] Like, I had real hardcore business nuts and bolts in place. I think a lot of spiritual entrepreneurs forget that piece. You run a business, so businesses do require business nuts and bolts, not just spiritual nuts and bolts. It’s, it’s a combination of both business and spirituality, and I had that combination kind of locked in in that moment, and I, I don’t even– I definitely wasn’t aware of it at the time until I kind of, I just sort of had that moment of pause.

[00:32:22] But then I immediately kind of made the wrong conclusion that I had arrived at this next financial echelon, and I thought that I was just gonna keep making more and more and more, and that didn’t happen at all. I would say about six months after that, my business contracted a lot. The market shifted. A lot of coaches experienced this.

[00:32:44] But and I thought, “Oh, okay, so I guess I hadn’t arrived.” But the thing is, like, I had, and the reason why is because I wanted to refocus my entire business anyway, and I needed to go back in my inner cave and rework my programs. I rebranded. This is when the business went a lot, uh, more spiritual, actually, which is what I was being called towards.

[00:33:12] So it was all in alignment, even though I wasn’t consistently making those higher, uh, uh, revenue months high for me. So, money is never the indicator of whether you’re in or out of alignment. It can be one indicator if your higher self is calling you to those monetary amounts, but you can absolutely contract in your business and still be in alignment and in alignment to your conscious creation, which is where I was.

[00:33:45] Even though when the f- business first started to contract, I was like, “Ah, I’m doing something wrong. What’s happening here? I won’t make my payroll,” ’cause at that point, I’d hired up a larger team. But then what I also realized is that I didn’t want a big team. I wanted a small, bespoke team, like an inner circle. I realized I didn’t wanna manage a bunch of people. So it was all wonderful learning to get me to the business that I really wanted to be in. Okay, that was a lot about manifestation, but that’s a big one. Then we get to teaching, our fourth gift, which transcends the, uh, the classroom, although it can be in a classroom.

[00:34:26] I’m using my spiritual gift of teaching right now, and that’s when you co-create with the divine in service to the people you feel called to serve using your unique genius, using those unique abilities you were born to share And a lot of spiritual entrepreneurs find this gift to be very exciting ’cause we’re in the creation process.

[00:34:49] So whether it’s a podcast or a book or a Substack or an Instagram reel, we are ideally co-creating. So before this episode, I sat down with your energy and my higher self and my divine guidance team, and I looked at where I was in the sales cycle. I did not forget that. I run a business, so I’m not all spiritual.

[00:35:11] I’m, I’m running a spiritual business, but there is a business in place, so you have to think about that too. I have a big, uh, event coming up, my fall ’26 cohort of Soul Blueprint, so I thought about that. What would get people really excited to learn more about Soul Blueprint in a way that’s always serving you?

[00:35:34] ‘Cause even in my sales processes, I always wanna be serving you and giving you something, so you feel received whether you buy anything from me or not. So I, I brought all these things into play, and then I drafted my episodes and my notes. And Chris was noticing that I don’t really follow my notes and he gave me a nice compliment about that, which I received with love.

[00:35:57] Thank you. So I don’t really use my notes, but I have them, and in my other episodes I’m gonna be recording, I might be using them. But this, uh, one is pretty free flow because I’ve talked about it for so much and for so long, and this is what I teach inside of Soul Blueprint. So this is my baby. This is my bread and butter.

[00:36:16] This is what I use my spiritual gift of teaching and all of my gifts to co-create for you, and it’s really about all the things we’re talking about: how to activate, access, amplify, integrate into your experience, your five spiritual gifts, and really your entire soul operating system. So you can use all of these gifts in your business, working with your clients to find your alignment in your business, to serve your clients at your highest, to make the transformation you get your clients to be so powerful that that becomes the referral engine for them talking about you, telling their friends, and getting you more clients.

[00:37:06] I would say 80% of my clients come from referrals or come from some sort of collaboration because the power of the work itself is your best marketing tool, and this is what I mentor inside of Soul Blueprint, and you learn how to read your map of human design if you don’t know already, and you learn how to apply that to your soul operating system, specifically in your business as a coach, healer, creative, but also in your personal life with loved ones, with your passions- So finally, we get to the last gift, and a lot of my clients, like this is the relieving gift.

[00:37:51] This is like, “Oh my God, thank God Allyson is giving me this gift.” And this is spiritual gift of leadership, and it’s not classic leadership like we’ve been taught, which would be very kind of masculine, , dominant. It’s do as I say, not as I do.

[00:38:09] Like I’ll tell you what to do and how to live, but then I’m gonna live my life totally different, spiritual gift of leadership is all about being. It’s about your true essence without the masks, without the filters, without the fawning, without the pleasing. Just being that person that you know you came here to be, the true you.

[00:38:36] This is what your soul clients are looking for. We get information from AI now. AI will tell us anything about everything. But AI There is no true essence of AI. AI can’t give a hug. AI can give a little bit of transformation, I think, if it knows a lot about a certain thing. Like, I think basic life coaching, your AI bot can do all right.

[00:39:08] Um, but basic life coaching. But for spiritual entrepreneurs, we did the basic life coaching 15 years ago, 20 years ago. We’re beyond that. What your prospective soul clients want from you is your essence, your energy, you. And you serve them, you motivate them, you model for them, you inspire them from the power of your essence.

[00:39:32] And if you are a coach or a healer, most of your clients are hiring you because you’re two steps ahead or more than they are, ? Doesn’t mean you have it all figured out. It doesn’t mean everything’s working perfectly in your life, but you are a couple steps ahead, and that couple steps ahead is where they want to be.

[00:39:51] And you serve them just by being you, just by being the filterless beautiful soul that you came here to be. And just a quick example of this, and then we’re gonna wrap up. I was working with a client once, long-term client, dear client, and she was telling me all about how she wants to become a billionaire – philanthropist.

[00:40:20] She said, “I don’t necessarily aspire to be a billionaire, but I wanna make enough money that I can give so generously back to the causes I believe in, the people I care about, that I’m like a billionaire philanthropist,” like Jeff Bezos’s, uh, first wife, who’s basically just giving away all of her money.

[00:40:39] And when she said the words billionaire philanthropist, I thought, “I want that, too.” I never really… I, I’m familiar with the term. I watch- I’ve seen Loot on Apple TV, which is all about this. But when she said it, because I, in that moment, became the client, and she was the coach without realizing it, all she was doing was telling me about her dreams and her spiritual gift of leadership, just being her true essence, her true desires, her true wants, and she activated me.

[00:41:09] She activated me to wanna be able to give back that generously, too, and that’s the beauty and power of the spiritual gift of leadership. We’re in expression of it, offering it to others all the time without even realizing it. And if you’re the receiver of this, you’re often receiving it without even realizing it.

[00:41:33] It’s that ripple effect that just ripples on and on and on. So to recap, we got human design as our map, or maybe you have a different map you like to follow. The map isn’t enough. We’ve got some rough waters ahead, I think, I really believe, on a global scale. But it’s nothing to make us scared. We don’t need to be scared because we’ve got the tools to navigate, and when there’s rough waters, when there’s big challenges, there’s always the opposite of that, which are moments of big highs, breakthroughs, beauty high vibrational moments, ?

[00:42:15] So we embrace the decade that’s to come, and whatever may be may be, and we’ve got the tools to navigate rough waters and calm waters, and that’s your soul operating system.
