This Week’s Invitation:
Turn one challenge you have in your life right now into an experiment. Start with any healing, go into heart space, and then ask your heart to play with you to experiment and lean into the adventure!
[00:00:00] Hi, dear one. How are you? Thank you for tuning in. I am so grateful for you. Uh, I’ve been experimenting around so much with experimentation lately. I just completed a five day experiment. Um, I’ve been in such an experimental vibe. And the reason why I’m in this vibe is because I’ve been exploring super deep into my channel 28 38.
[00:00:32] In my human design type, which is defined. And that is the channel of struggle. It’s also the channel of adventure. And. It’s kind of known in the human design world that have like, taking that again. And it’s a little bit of a thing. In the human design world that, you know, oh, it’s kind of a drag to have this channel defined.
[00:00:59] And that’s an interesting thing. About your human design type. If there’s any aspect of your body graph. That you are disappointed about. It’s probably leading you to one of your biggest superpowers. And one of your biggest states of joy. That is a trick of getting to know your human design type. Follow the disappointment.
[00:01:26] Oh, I wish I was something else. So I wish this was defined. Oh, I wish I had someone I’ve ha, I’ve heard that, taking that again. I’ve heard this from several people. Who are generators? I wish I was a projector, so I could only work four hours a day.
[00:01:42] And just to quickly clarify that.
[00:01:45] Because I think this is a big misunderstanding. So if you have an open sacral and you are a manifester projector or reflector, okay. That means. If you are overcome by inspiration to create something. You can in a 24 hour period, if you’re well rested. You can sustain. You can be in the creative process.
[00:02:11] For about four hours. Okay. So let’s say we’re working, we’re writing a book and you become. Taking that again. So let’s say we’re writing a book and we come where in our inspirational creative process and we can write for four hours. And then after that we are going to get tired. To stay in high alignment, creative flow. We must take any rust.
[00:02:36] We must because we don’t have access to consistent energy in that way. If you are a generator or a manifesting generator, and you were writing a book and you were overcome by inspiration and you were well rested and a creative burst hits you, you can keep going. If you feel called. You don’t have to.
[00:02:57] You can keep creating a, creating a creating.
[00:03:00] Now, one thing that really shocked me. Is that I always thought of an example of a generator or manifesting generator would be pot blow taking that again. And I always thought. A great example of a generator or manifesting generator was Pablo Picasso because he was so prolific. And there are stories that he would spend hours and hours in his studio and he would paint.
[00:03:29] You know, he could produce so much. And I just assumed he had that sustained access to energy and he was overcome by inspiration and he could just paint. For hours and hours and hours, but guess what? You all, Pablo Picasso was a fellow projector. At really surprised me when I, um, first found that out.
[00:03:51] So it’s likely the dude had some serious, serious burnout.
[00:03:58] And he was going way above and beyond four hours a day. But I think, you know, because he had found something that he was just so passionate about. And there are certain projectors who have, I haven’t really looked at his chart, but there are certain projectors. That I actually have this. Where I have certain things that are motorized, so I have more access to more energy than other projectors.
[00:04:23] So he could have had that. And the interesting thing about projectors is when, where, when we’re in very, very high. Expression of our energy. We can act like manifesting generators. For short periods of time. So I suggest that’s probably what he was doing. And he probably had quite a lot of burnout.
[00:04:45] Um, I haven’t read a lot about the guy. Maybe he talks about it in. Or somebody talks about it in a biography somewhere, but, um, I would presume that he probably did. And he just, you know, was the tortured artist. So kept pushing himself along. And that’s what open sacral people do. And I certainly have done that and I still do that. And when your sacral is open, you have a hard time of knowing when is enough when to say when it’s a very, very difficult, but.
[00:05:20] There is a solution. There is a solution for knowing when to say, when. And for generators and manifesting generators, one of your challenges you get, so you do have the access to the energy and you want to do everything. You tend to be multi-passionate you have a lot of ideas, especially if you have openness in your eyes or your head centers.
[00:05:42] You’re always inspired. So where do you focus your energy? That’s your question? How do I focus? And what do I focus on?
[00:05:51] And that’s what we’re taking that again. Well, I have the solutions for you and that’s what we’re going to be unpacking in. Today’s very experimental. Episode of soul guide radio. So why don’t we go ahead and get right to it. In today’s episode taking that again. So let’s dig right in. In today’s episode, I reveal the power of curiosity, how experimental energy will lead you to soul aligned success.
[00:06:22] And how to experiment in a way that helps you gain more self mastery. I’ll end on an invitation that will have you gaining new levels of self-awareness and mastery. So you may live in a way that’s optimal to your unique energy design. Taking that again. So you may live in a way that’s optimal to your unique energy design and unique gifts. So please stay with me until the end.

[00:07:10] So. What if. Let me ask you this.
[00:07:16] Taking that again. Let me ask you this. What if life. Was one. Big experiment.
[00:07:28] And all we were really here to do. Is to incarnate. Come into physical form.
[00:07:35] An experiment our way through.
[00:07:40] And.
[00:07:42] We encounter big pain. And it’s just an experiment. And we encounter big joy. And it’s just an experiment.
[00:07:52] What if it was all just one big science lab.
[00:08:00] Question, uh, of, I wonder where this could go. I wonder what my lesson is meant to be. I wonder where my wound is. Is there a wound? I wonder where it is. I wonder where it could be. Uh, wonder what it is.
[00:08:23] I wonder. I am curious.
[00:08:29] Curiosity. Being curious as a state of being.
[00:08:35] It’s a very powerful. It puts you in an energetically open state. You are open to all possibilities. Possibilities that you may not see in the present moment. Curiosity also helps you detach. From dreams that you might be very attached to and from pain.
[00:09:01] That might be very painful.
[00:09:05] If you’ve manifested a very painful situation. And you want to understand the lessons for you. So that you may heal and grow. And move on to something better. Nothing will help you do that more than being in a state of curiosity. Why did I manifest this challenge? Because we do. Everything that arrives into our manifest reality is a result of manifestation.
[00:09:38] Now, if you manifest a death of a loved one, it’s not your fault. There are some things on our path that we are. Destined to experience. Yes, we have free will. We have freewill. But there’s a duality to freewill there’s duality to all things in our experience. And that is. Yes, we absolutely have free will. And on the other side of that,
[00:10:06] There are things that we agreed to on a soul level to encounter. When we came into our lifetime, which is why we chose our lifetime.
[00:10:18] Certain lessons, we needed to learn certain wounds we needed to heal from.
[00:10:24] So when we come across that challenge, we did manifest it. Often not consciously. We did it subconsciously we did it in response to other people. You know, maybe it’s a loved one who manifested a challenge and that’s hurtful for you.
[00:10:44] But if it’s arriving in your experience, it’s there for a reason. And it’s meant to be there. Because if it wasn’t meant to be there, then you’d be somewhere else. And maybe you might be thinking. Yeah, but I’ve been in a hole for a while, and I know that I should have dug myself out of this hole two years ago and I just don’t.
[00:11:02] So I should be out of the hole, but I’m in the hole and it’s my own fault.
[00:11:08] And I would argue you will climb out of the hole. Whatever. The metaphorical hole is. The moment you are ready.
[00:11:20] The moment, the time is right. It will happen. If you stay. Committed and focused on climbing out. And staying focused on climbing out. Enables you and helps you. To manifest, climbing out.
[00:11:39] And when you’re ready, you will.
[00:11:45] And if you could get curious. About whatever whole. You may be in and let’s say your hole is a challenge. You’re in a challenge. You haven’t been successful in getting yourself. Out of the challenge.
[00:11:59] What about being curious?
[00:12:04] What about going into experimental energy? Hm. I’m in this challenge. How can I.
[00:12:19] Heal. Because whenever you feel a painful emotion, it means there’s a wound. It might be very large. It might be very small, but it’s there. So you always want to start with the healing whenever you detect. A low vibrational, painful motion. You start with the healing. So be curious. What am I supposed to be healing right now?
[00:12:43] What is this painful emotion? Signaling me to.
[00:12:51] And then once you heal.
[00:12:55] Then. Taking that again. And once you’re in a post-release. So you. Identify the thought. You. Feel the emotions that are triggered when the thought feels a hundred percent true. You feel those emotions for 60 to 90 seconds, then you deep breathe.
[00:13:18] Sink into the body. Go to the heart space. And get now. Woof. Now you’re in the space to get experimental. If you have a wound at your surface. That you’re trying to ignore. It’s like it’s there and it wants you to feel the fear or the shame or the powerlessness. Or the annoyance and you’re not in the mood to feel it.
[00:13:47] So you busy yourself. We’ve all been there. I’m not in the mood to feel powerlessness. So I’m going to overwork. I’m going to drink wine. I’m going to watch TV. I’m going to organize my closet for the third time.
[00:14:01] That’s all. Okay. But it’s going to be harder for you then to go into a real relaxed, spacious, experimental energy of how do I. Get myself. Out of this challenge and into something better. The wound is going to keep you. thwarted. From being in a true experimental energy.
[00:14:28] The solution is to notice the wound, the painful emotion. And you’re that has risen to the surface telling you I’m ready to be released. Feel released deep breathe sink into the body. Connect to your heart space.
[00:14:47] How do I. I don’t know what it would be like. Too. Move past this challenge into something more easeful, more joyful. More loving more connected. What is it? I want to move into more of. I wonder what it would look like to do that. I wonder who could help me.
[00:15:11] So a good example of this is my daughter was struggling at school. She’s in her third year of elementary school here in Holland. She goes to a Dutch school. And when we started her at the Dutch school, she did not speak one word of Dutch. And the school is very clear that they didn’t, they were not equipped to help Freya. They didn’t have resources.
[00:15:37] To support Freya in her learning of the Dutch language. So she would be on her own. It was true to form. She was on her own. And I think it was more traumatic on her than I realized at the time. But. She really, really struggled for about three to four months. To learn Dutch, and then she became fluent. And man, I wish I could learn.
[00:16:02] A foreign language in three to four months. But, uh, yeah, it takes me a bit longer. But she was in a full immersion environment and she really did. I want to learn, like she was very motivated. And I was actually really inspired by her. She would come home and like, Say, make Dutch sounds. Say certain Dutch words that were difficult for English speakers to pronounce. And she would say the word over and over and over again until it was perfect. She was for.
[00:16:33] So, um, luckily both Pete and I are sort of polyglots and we love foreign language acquisition. And we both believe that Freya is going to be a real linguist. She has a natural love for it. So in a way, it was a very difficult experience for her, but it was also giving her something that really enlivened her and got her excited.
[00:16:57] Well, the downside to all of that. The additional downside I should say was that. I believe it delayed her social emotional development, because she was so focused on communications. So her first year of school was just sort of a blur. It was, so it was very challenging. Uh, for me as the mother, because Freya was having such a hard time.
[00:17:25] And there’s one thing when things happen in your life to hurt, but when things happen to your kids at like Hertz times, five times 10, why is that right? So. We struggled through it. It was a huge challenge. And then in group two. So, so in, in. And that in the Netherlands, taking that again. So in her second year of school,
[00:17:51] She got the language down. She was pretty much bilingual by her second year, but this is when she hadn’t learned how to really be in a social, emotional setting at school. And her classmates were more advanced than she, most of them, I would say. And so when she would get triggered, she would do things like spit in the other children’s face.
[00:18:15] Hit. Pull hair push.
[00:18:20] So that was, um, you know, I would get. Stopped in front of the school by another parent letting me know that. My daughter had spit their spit in the face of their daughter. And it was just, um, can I just say it was. Traumatic for me. That my daughter was doing that. And I felt so bad for the parent and so bad for the child. And I also felt so bad for Freya.
[00:18:45] Because I knew every time she would do something like that, she would feel really bad. She would feel ashamed. But she would be so blind with rage in the moment she couldn’t. Control her own physical body.
[00:19:02] So then. We found a way to help Freya control her body. And she stopped behaving that way. . But then this last year, she’s just finishing her third year of school. This year, she started to have big tantrums in the middle of class. And when I say big, I mean, Big.
[00:19:26] And she cannot calm herself down. And so the teachers are trying to get her out of the classroom because she’s scaring the other classmates. And she won’t leave. She doesn’t want to leave. She doesn’t want to leave the room. And it’ll take as much as three teachers to drag her out. And, you know, as a parent, it’s just, uh, I can’t tell you how difficult it is to get the call from the school and hear that this happened. And I feel so bad for the teacher. I feel so bad for the other kids. I feel so bad for Freya. And this is a real tough one because. Challenges that don’t.
[00:20:05] Involve. Taking that again. And this is a good example because challenges that. Involve other people over, which we have little to no control. That can be really challenging. Like where is the solution? Right. How do I get experimental? It’s not me. That’s making the choices. That are leading to these challenging times.
[00:20:32] And this case, it’s my daughter. Right? My six-year-old.
[00:20:36] So lots and lots of struggle, lots and lots of heartache. Um, lots of, lots of horrible phone calls from the school. Well, then I did what I know what I know to do, but just had forgotten right? When you’re in the middle of the pain, you sometimes forget what you already know. And that was, I need to.
[00:20:58] Treat this. As an adventure. Cause guess what? When you experiment. It puts you in an en like it is an adventurous energy. Where could this go? We’re on an adventure. We don’t know where it could lead. We don’t know what the solution is, but it’s going to be so much. Fun. Maybe sometimes it’s not fun, but it’s going to be so interesting and adventurous to uncover the solution.
[00:21:23] I uncover the way out. So one day I woke up. And I said, I’m going to do what I know how to do. Using my channel 28 38, my taking that again, using my defined channel 28 38, which is the channel of. Adventure and challenges. I’m going to turn this challenge challenge into an adventure. But first I need to heal.
[00:21:48] Okay. That is always the first place to start. In order to enable yourself to get into the spacious, adventurous, experimental energy. So, you know, I had to hear, he’ll like, I’m a bad mother. I didn’t do enough. Freya is a bad child. Um, you know, all the things that came up to me, all my wounds.
[00:22:13] That came up. And I healed and released. I went into my body. I connected to the heart space and I were like, all right, let’s turn this into adventure. What can I do to help Freya? And the overwhelming first answer I got was do nothing. Let her figure it out. Herself.
[00:22:37] And, you know, really the message there was let go. Okay. How can you let go and just let her do it because if I’m stressed and wound up, because I’m so afraid of how she’s going to behave in the classroom, you better believe she’s going to feel that and be stressed and wound up herself. Yeah, and that’s not going to help her to be calm and relaxed inside the classroom.
[00:23:05] And the second message I received from my higher self was hire a children’s coach. In Holland, they’re called a kinder coach. And I had seen a sign at my gym, like two years prior. For a kinder coach that I thought looked perfect for Freya, but I didn’t take action on it at the time.
[00:23:26] I wish I would have, but I didn’t. And I thought of that sign, which I had taken a photo of. I went back to my photo albums, taking that again. I went back to my photos. You know, from two years ago, found the photo with the website and the contact info. And I contacted this kinder coach because I just felt like.
[00:23:48] This is the one. This is the one for her. I didn’t do any research. No, I just followed my intuition.
[00:23:56] And I hired her. And she ended up being exactly what Freya needed. She’s a kinder coach. She also does energy healing. She is a Freya whisperer and the two of them get along so well, Freya really looks forward to it. And since Freya has been going to the IX coach, she has just been thriving. She hasn’t had a, you know, knock on some wood, right. She hasn’t had any sort of incident in class. The teacher says she’s thriving.
[00:24:29] She’s ex gaining more and more acceptance by her classmates. She’s getting . More friends.
[00:24:36] She is doing great. And in my experiment, all I really had to do was experiment around on letting go. And letting her fight her battles. You know, her human design type is a two, four. And for her it’s all about relationships. And she’s going to get her biggest rewards from relationships and our biggest wounds.
[00:24:58] And when she was having these meltdowns in class, Her classmates were a little bit afraid of her. And they were, um, you know, standoffish with her. They weren’t mean to her. Which I think it just indicates she’s she’s got some good kids in her class. They didn’t. They didn’t reject her, but they were just a little unsure.
[00:25:18] And that was hurtful for Freya because she knew that she knew. What they were doing and why they were doing it. And so she felt. Upset at herself. And she felt ashamed by her own behavior. And so these are, you know, these are her lessons to learn. It’s not for me. Two. Fight these battles for her.
[00:25:41] Two. Um, take on these lessons in these pains. I think that’s what we want to do for the people we love. We want to shield them. We want to learn their lessons for them, but we can’t. And I realized the best thing I could do is to let her be in the pain and find her way out. And only she would know.
[00:26:01] But as a parent, I’m here to help and guide, and I’m a projector. So we’re here to guide others. And so I got the intuitive nudge that she needed someone, not me, you know, I’m mom, I’m not her coach. I’m not her healer. I’m her mom. But she needed a coach and a healer. Doing very similar work that I do with my clients, for her.
[00:26:26] And when I did those two things, I let go. I hired the coach.
[00:26:30] It’s actually pretty amazing what happened. Frey goes to a pretty conservative school and they’re really into like math and science. Um, kind of test scores. Uh, but they’ve got a reputation for not being so great on helping children to develop socially and emotionally, which is a real deficiency of the school, in my opinion.
[00:26:54] And I was having a meeting with the teachers to talk about how to help Freya with these meltdowns in class. And I said, well, Freya is, can your coach really recommends that she should come and teach to the whole class about mindfulness and , stress management, and what to do when you feel a big emotion and they agreed.
[00:27:14] And they even got funding available to pay for her. And so Freya’s kinder coach went to the class. And she was teaching the kids how to meditate, how to feel their energy. She did two sessions. And it just, I was so like, I can’t even tell you how proud I was. And I really felt like Freya did that. Freya gave this school, this class or classmates, something they really needed.
[00:27:41] You know, and, and phrase Kynar coach said the kids responded so amazingly. And it was this really beautiful experience. And I I’ve just never been more proud of Ray actually that she, she was the one who brought this new energy, this new awareness. To a school, which is a really good school, but they also need this, you know, it’s just something that’s missing and she helped bring it.
[00:28:11] And it all started when I decided to take a step back and get curious. And be experimental and lean into the adventure that’s there when you do.
[00:28:26] And I’ll mention here that I really used my defined. You know, channel 28 38, the channel of struggle and adventure. To help me through this and to get the lessons. And when I reflect and when I’m in my high expression, this. This channel brings life to my experience. It makes me feel alive. And if I didn’t have these challenges, I.
[00:28:55] I know, I wouldn’t feel like I was truly living. So again, just getting to those aspects of your energy or your human design that you think might be a drag. And why do I have this and other people don’t. When you get playful and curious and lean into the adventure. Of why you have it. And what it could be and what it can bring to your experience and what it could bring to others.
[00:29:20] I promise you will find these pieces of yourself. To be the pieces you love about yourself. The most.
[00:29:29] So this really gets us to how to be experimental in a way that helps you gain more. Self-mastery will I just set it first? You have to realize that you’re in it. Like you’re holding on too tight.
[00:29:44] When you’re in the challenge you’re holding on too tight. Whether it’s about a challenge for you and your life, or it’s a loved one. Let’s take a second to step back. Step back. And. Always start with the question. Is there a wound that’s ready to be released? If you’re in the middle of a challenge, there likely is.
[00:30:08] Identify the thought. Identify the emotions feel the feels breathe, release. And then you want to sink into the body. That’s only post-release. Of an energy wound or block. Can you really get into juicy, curious, adventurous, experimental energy? So you’ve released, then you go into the body, take your deep breaths, connect to the heart space. You really want your experiments to be led from the heart. They’re going to come up with the greatest ideas.
[00:30:41] In your brainstorming sessions. To be like, okay, how can I turn this challenge into an adventure? Cause that’s kind of fun and that creates space and relaxation. And when you create a little space, you’re making room for solutions to arrive. Solutions cannot arrive if there’s no space and you’re holding on so tight.
[00:31:10] So with the space. A potential solution arrives. And this is really a good idea to get to know your human design authority, your strategy, taking that again. And this is a really good idea and time to get to know and use your human design strategy and authority. Soon as solution arrives, you can ask, is this a solution I should.
[00:31:33] Experiment into, is this potentially a right solution that I want to tip my toe in to go in that direction. You know,
[00:31:45] Use your strategy and authority to get that? Yes, no. Energy. And then of course you want to use your intuition, ask your intuition. Well, this solution has arrived. Is this it, if you get a heart, yes. Then you just want to focus on what is my best next step. You don’t have to have it all figured out.
[00:32:06] Us the beauty. Of growing beyond or our challenges. We don’t need to know how to get to step 25. We just need to know how to get to the next step.
[00:32:23] And the bigger, the challenge, the more local you’re want to get, I want to get in your steps. If it’s not a big challenge. Okay. You can think about step four, five, and six. But if you’re in the middle of it, if you’re in the thick of it, Just focus on your next best step.
[00:32:43] Invite an adventure curiosity, play relaxation. And you will find without much effort or struggle on your part.
[00:32:58] Challenges will be resolving themselves. Right before. Your very eyes. To get you back on track and in alignment. To your dreams and desires. That are waiting for you ahead.
[00:33:17] My invitation for you this week is two.
[00:33:22] Turn one challenge you have in your life right now into an experiment. Start with any healing that might need to be done. Go into the heart space. And then ask your heart. To play with you and to experiment around lean into the adventure.
[00:33:42] And allow the solutions to arrive with a joy, ease and flow that will thrill. And excite you.
[00:33:55] And that’s all I have for you this week. If you receive something special from this episode, I am so grateful for you and a rating and review, and that’s how more people can find this podcast. You can find the link in the show notes. And I will read your lovely words on the air.
[00:34:13] And as always until next time, may your soul. Guide the way.
