The Future of Spiritual Work Belongs to the Co-Creators

[00:00:23] Hey, ho, dear ones. I am coming to you from this beautiful studio. It’s like a television studio, and I’m here recording with my producer, Chris. Doesn’t that sound so cool? I feels like I’m, I’m all grown up now in my podcasting journey. And I have a super cool episode for you. You guys know I love to talk about the future.

[00:00:44] I’m very futuristic person. It’s all over my human design. You know, I’m really here to be part of the mutative process. I love that word mutation. I think I’m– can be a little bit of a sci-fi geek, and the mutation usually means what? Like, you know, I think of Alien, the movie Alien, when these aliens are, like, mutating, right?

[00:01:06] It’s actually from a spiritual perspective, human design also uses this word in this way. Mutation is such a cool word. What does it mean? It means taking a brand-new idea from the divine, anything new or innovated that gets plugged into the collective. Any new invention, any new idea, any new way of looking at something comes from the divine.

[00:01:36] You know, it’d be great if we could just take credit from our own brain, but we need the brain, right? It never just goes , straight from the divine to the collective. It goes through us. It goes through the human. So it’s always a co-creative process. That’s why the title of this podcast episode is The Future of Spiritual Work Belongs to the Co-Creators, co-creating with the divine.

[00:02:03] Now, sometimes some inventions need lots and lots and lots of repetition. You know, when the light bulb was invented, what is that famous expression? Um, Benjamin Franklin, he invented a light bulb by failing 1,000 times. I’m not getting that quote right. Can I help you with that? Yeah, yeah. So, uh, Edison invented the light bulb.

[00:02:28] Edison. Sorry, Edison. Yeah. Sorry. And I thought Franklin sounded wrong when I– as I said it, so Chris helped me out here. Edison invented the light bulb, and he famously has a quote about failing 1,000 times, and then the light bulb was born kind of out of fluke. And if you go back and look at the big science breakthroughs throughout evolution, so many of them were– came out of the air quotes, “fluke,” out of the accident, where is the breakthrough occurred.

[00:03:00] And it’s because these scientists, and science and spirituality are not separate things. They are together. And some discourses saying things like, “I believe in science” means subtext there is I don’t believe in the non-seen, the non-physical. I don’t believe in the spiritual, which is non-physical. You can’t see it.

[00:03:23] In spirituality, you have to believe it to see it. In science, you have to see it to believe it. But these two things are not mutually exclusive at all. And so even the greatest scientists of our time were co-creating with the divine. They might have been going through a repetitive process of experimenting on something again and again and again and again, which is part of it.

[00:03:50] It’s part of the co-creative process. The co-creative process is never one and done. It’s bringing it from the divine, co-creating, going into the repetitive process, which is how we get good at anything. You guys know I like to use the marathon running metaphor. We can have the perfect physiques for running marathons, but if we don’t put miles or kilometers in, hit the pavement, we will never go so far in our marathon running, and that’s the same of anything.

[00:04:26] That’s the same of the co-creative process, anything that we want to, uh, gain mastery over, anything that we want to really introduce into the collective. And that’s what we’re really talking about here. We’re talking about Bringing something new into the collective that didn’t exist before. And this is what we’re moving towards.

[00:04:54] This is the future of spiritual entrepreneurialship, ? It’s where we’ve really always been, but I think we’re moving into it in a more sophisticated and poignant way, especially with AI on the scene. It used to be people would hire coaches for information. If you wanted a human design reading, you hired a coach.

[00:05:19] Now you can get a pretty decent, I mean, it’s not great, it’s so-so, but it’s, you know, it’s, it’s… I would say it’s okay. I give it a C rating, a human design reading from your AI bot. And a lot of people are gonna go for that C rating because it’s free, right? It’s with the subscription. You don’t have to take the time and the money to hire an actual person.

[00:05:40] So what is it that people are gonna actually be taking the time and the money to invest in? They’re gonna be investing in the thing that they can’t get from AI. They’re gonna invest- be investing in that new thing, that thing that’s on the leading edge of evolution, that thing that’s really gonna get them that transformation.

[00:06:06] And this is a , , big theme of the Sleeping Phoenix era we’re moving into officially next year. What we’re moving into with Sleeping Phoenix is individual sovereignty what is individual sovereignty? , That means unplugging from systems that no longer serve you, um, institutions that no longer serve you, belief systems that we’ve been conditioned to believe that no longer serve us, belief systems such as the money is the root of all evil.

[00:06:38] You know, these old school belief systems that just don’t serve humanity, we’re gonna be moving away from them to being led by the higher self. And as part of this, authenticity is gonna be what is gonna be seen as valuable. Not fake authenticity, not fake it till you make it. True authenticity, and it’s– that’s gonna be the, you know, the counter, um, result, if you will, of AI, which is non-human.

[00:07:11] It’s a, it’s a bot. It’s a reflection of us, but it’s not us. And because of that, people are really gonna start craving human-to-human connection, but not just human-to-human connection. They’re gonna be craving authenticity. And the more authentic we can show up in our life and in our business, the more we’re gonna start attracting the people we want in our lives and the clients we want in our business.

[00:07:37] And the real way to do this in your business is to be thinking about, “How can I co-create with the divine to bring something new into the collective?” And from, for spiritual entrepreneurs, I call this your signature soul modality. So what does that mean? Listeners of this podcast, I’m quite certain most of you have at least one certification.

[00:08:07] You’ve probably studied one or more of these: human design, astrology, Akashic records, Reiki, gene keys. Oh my gosh, so many different healing modalities. Um, Equus, life coaching, um, I, I could go on and on and on. I coach mostly coaches and healers and creatives. I actually coach a lot of artists, writers, actors, singers. So I do also coach a lot of performers, creative types, which I call my creatives. So- With this audience, I’ve, I have heard of so many different moda- modalities. I couldn’t remember them all now, but the point is there are so many, and they’re great.

[00:08:56] I myself have studied a lot of them. I’m about to start up a new course myself, which I’m so excited about. I’m gonna be starting up with learning the Galactic Akashic Records So, um, I, I’ll do a whole separate podcast episode on that. So that’s a whole new thing that I’m learning from somebody else, who I’m actually learning from the person who basically invented, if you will, Galactic Akashic Records.

[00:09:29] That’s why this is a really good example, because the Galactic Akashic Records, sh- it’s run by a woman named Debbie Solaris. I’ve had her on the show. We’ll link to her sh- that episode in the show notes. It’s excellent. I’ve actually had her on twice. Both episodes are worth the listen. We will actually link to both.

[00:09:48] And she has co-created something with the divine based also on her lived experience, so it’s not just a co-creation, based also on her experimentation of offering it again and again and again and again and again to clients, and she created the Galactic Akashic Records. What existed before that? The Akashic Records, which for those of you who don’t know, it’s like the database for our soul.

[00:10:15] It’s a soul library. So if you get an Akashic Record reading from a reader, they go into your soul library. It tells any information about your soul experience that they can collect, your past lifetimes, your spiritual gifts, your soul mission, your soul curriculum, your soul contracts, what’s about to happen in the future, what you can expect to unfold.

[00:10:39] So Galactic Aka- Akashic Records zooms out beyond planet Earth, and it goes into the different star systems. And I realized in my work, so many of my clients are starseeds who’ve had a lot of lifetimes on planet Earth, but also a lot of lifetimes in the other star systems. You know, Arcturus, Palladia, Lyra, Vega, um, Alpha Centurion, and I want to know more about…

[00:11:10] I’m, like, actually so excited to take this course. I love Debbie. She is the real deal if you wanna check her out. And I’m just so thrilled to learn, but this is all, I’m totally learning from somebody else. Like, none of this is really a co-creation coming from me. I am going to her to learn her co-creation.

[00:11:33] And of course, she started out as an Akashic Records reader, and so she had her base of information that she started out with, but then she had actually an ET contact. And some of you might not be that into aliens or extraterrestrial contact things. I wasn’t until I met her And her story is so compelling and it feels so legit.

[00:12:00] Like this woman just feels legit. ‘Cause some of the ET people out there you can listen to and be like, “Whoa, okay.” This woman, uh, you know, my higher self is saying she’s a, a, a teacher of love and light and, like, trust what she has to offer Um, but her story was so similar to my near-death experience, um, that I had in 2009, and it– and we both remarked, like, totally different ex- actual experiences, but what we received from each one was so similar, it was almost a little eerie.

[00:12:36] And we both kind of had that remark, and we’ve even talked about how we would make a good traveling road show together to talk about how these, like, really big spiritual experiences can impact your life in a really similar way. And I’ve noticed other folks that I’ve talked to that have had near-death experiences or NDEs, we w- we’re walking away with sort of the same themes that come from the experience itself.

[00:13:04] So I’ll be learning from Debbie about the Galactic Akashic Records. That’s her signature soul modality. But that’s not my signature soul modality. My signature soul modality is Soul Blueprint.

[00:13:21] This is my signature certification. It’s what I’ve been teaching four years. I’m about to go into, I think, my ninth cohort now. Um, we’re starting up enrollment for the fall ’26 cohort, and this is what I have used my spiritual gift of teaching, so that’s my ability to co-create with the divine, to bring something new into the collective.

[00:13:48] Now I’m finally gonna get back to this word mutation. I try to close every loop I start. My brain, how my brain works. So going back to mutation, right? Mutation means taking the idea from the divine and introducing it into the collective. An idea, a way of being, a way of living, uh, an invention that didn’t exist before.

[00:14:16] That’s the mutative process. I find this so satisfying. In my human design, I have all individual circuitry. What does that mean? That means my whole job, like my whole raison d’être, is to take it from the divine, and it is a co-creation, right? Getting back to what I was talking about earlier before I got on the Edison tangent, y- the divine needs the human, and the human

[00:14:43] needs the divine. So I can’t do it without the divine. They can’t do it without me. The same is for you. So I co-created the Soul Blueprint methodology based on insights I was receiving from on high Insights that were downloaded to me during my near-death experience, um, insights that I’ve learned from all the different certifications and methodologies that I’ve learned, from emotional freedom technique to master life coach training to all the human design certifications to…

[00:15:18] I mean, I could go on and on and on about all the different certificates that I have collected, all the books that I’ve read, all the mentors and the teachers that I’ve worked with, and probably most importantly, I would say the 10,000 hours of coaching and teaching I have under my belt ‘Cause oftentimes when we’re co-creating with the divine, it’s not like we’re like, “All right.

[00:15:45] I’m gonna get out my pen and my paper, and I’m gonna channel, and I’m gonna, like, write down my methodology, and then that’s what it’s gonna be.” It very often does not look like that, although it can. I mean, you can get a download and just it gets downloaded. But what often happens is your signature soul modality, so that’s that thing that’s uniquely yours, that’s based on your life experience, your teaching and training, your experience working with others, often it’s birthed organically through the creative process.

[00:16:23] I’ll say that again. It is birthed organically through the creative process. That means that when you’re working with clients, all the sudden it just shows up. When you’re teaching a class, a new insight just arrives. When you’re writing that chapter of a book, this new, innovative way to explain it just shows up.

[00:16:48] That’s the co-creative process, and if you’re a coach, healer, or creative, and you want to create your own thing, your own program, your own methodology, your own version of Soul Blueprint or the Galactive Co- Akashic Records, or Human Design itself was channeled. Human Design itself was a co-creative process, and the man Ra, he channeled Human Design, and he co-created the Human Design methodology, and that was definitely his signature soul modality.

[00:17:28] And then when he introduced it into the tribe, the tribe took it, crunched it, implemented it, and then they, the tribe, then passed it on to the collective, and that’s the mutative process. It starts out with you and the divine, right? Because if you’re introducing something new in, it’s gotta start with you, but if it ends with you, it doesn’t mutate.

[00:17:56] It ends there. So if you get the most brilliant idea in the world from the divine, and you don’t share it with anybody, the potential collapses. It doesn’t get passed on. That’s why the work you do is so important. That’s why the next era, I truly believe, of the personal growth and evolution market at whole is really gonna favor the coaches, healers, and creatives who are developing their own signature soul modality.

[00:18:33] And that holds true at whatever sector you work in. You don’t have to be in the spiritual sector for this to hold true. I like to use the example of blenders. I love… Like, listen, has, you know, green juices and smoothies ever been more popular? But does that mean that our blender technology stops? No. So if you’re a blender designer, what is the innovation?

[00:19:01] What’s the latest innovation that people are really gonna be looking for? I know for me, it’s the self-cleaning blender. The blender that doesn’t make a lot of noise, the blender that can, you know, blend, like, really thick, hard things that are hard to blend quickly and quietly, and then it self-cleans, ?

[00:19:20] There’s no limit to what a blender could potentially do once we have the technology for it. So this isn’t just about coaching and healing. This is all sectors. The innovation is the thing that’s gonna win. All markets are getting more sophisticated. All markets are demanding more, not just the coaching market.

[00:19:43] However, if you are in the coaching market, developing your signature soul modality is going to be the thing that will set you apart. And not only that, and probably more importantly, it is the thing that is gonna bring you the most joy. Now, getting to human design. This is a very useful tool to help point you to where you show up in the evolution of the mutative idea.

[00:20:17] What does that mean? So we get the new idea. Let’s use Soul Bu- Blueprint as the example. I have all individual circuitry in my design, so that means I am step one of the three-step process of the mutative process, and that’s the process of bringing a brand-new idea from the divine and then introducing it into the collective, and then it fans out into the collective to become just part of our life.

[00:20:48] Like Edison inventing the light bulb. He, he invented it. He brought it in from the divine. He did his experimentations. He invented it. He then handed it over to the tribe. He didn’t hand it directly over to the collective. Probably in the early days, it was the wealthy people who could afford it or had access to it to know about it- He handed over to a small group of people who started using the light bulb, and they’re like, “Wow, this is so much better than my lanterns.

[00:21:19] This is amazing. I can just turn it off and on and off and wow, light bulbs are incredible.” And then what would happen, right? Word of mouth. People started to talk about it. There’s a light bulb. You can just… You don’t have to use a kerosene lantern anymore. This is so great. You just turn it on. You don’t need a, a match.

[00:21:37] It’s on and off. Like, this is so incredible. And then it fanned out into the collective. All new ideas do that. They follow a three-step process. First, the individual or a group of individuals, but you focus on your role in that individual first stage. Then it goes to the tribe, goes to a larger group of people who test it.

[00:22:01] They ground it. They work out the kinks, right? We usually, as individuals, can’t work out the kinks. We need a larger body of people if we’re… Especially if you’re thinking a modality, you’re thinking about something that’s gonna be replicated for lots and lots of other people to use it. So it needs to be tested and grounded.

[00:22:21] This gets back to the importance of the repetition. Then once that’s tested and grounded, and it’s producing results, and it’s getting off the ground, then it moves on into the collective. So it could be useful for you to look at your human design chart to look at where your design matches up in the mutative process.

[00:22:46] Are you more of the individual? Which a lot of lightworkers are. Are you more in the tribal, grounding and testing? Or are you more in the collective, fanning it out over into the masses? I have animals, uh, spirit guides to sort of, uh, represent… They’re not really spirit guides, more like animal metaphors for each.

[00:23:10] So if you’re, have more individual circuitry, you’re gonna be more like a lone wolf If you have more tribal circuitry, you’re gonna be like an elephant that really works in families and works in groups. And then if you’re more collective, you’re gonna be more like a whale that sends messages across the ocean and talks to other pods around the world.

[00:23:31] And certainly most people have more than one. I am unique that I have all three lone wolf. But there are other aspects of my chart that has me more in tribal and collective. So remember when I always say we all have all parts of the chart, so you’re never just one thing. But it does help, I think, when you’re thinking about signature soul modality to see where you are.

[00:23:58] So If you have a dominant tribal circuitry in your chart, it may be that you’re not starting from scratch, and none of us start from scratch. But I did create Soul Blueprint, which is a modality that didn’t exist before, teaching you how to connect to and co-create with the spiritual realm.

[00:24:20] So even though that’s based on a lot of things that did exist before, like all new inventions, it is uniquely its own modality, okay? So that’s individual circuitry. If you’re a tribal person, dominant tribal, maybe you are a student of Soul Blueprint, and you’re gonna get certified in Soul Blueprint, but then you’re gonna help to ground it, you’re gonna help to test it, and then if you have dominant collective, you might be… This is where I, I sometimes say that the real, uh, folks who are meant to have larger audiences will really reside.

[00:24:57] Um, one of my business besties, Anna, she has a huge following on socials, even though we’re peers, and I have my, I have my bespoke little following, and then she has this huge following. We are still peers, and what she does is she takes the idea, and she fans it out into the collective. Now, if you have a lot of collective circuitry, it doesn’t mean you’re automatically gonna have tons of followers like she does, but I do think that you have that energy to really fan out the idea.

[00:25:29] So you wanna think about when you’re creating your signature soul modality, what could that look like? Like, what’s your unique way to fan an id- idea out to reach the masses? That’s something that’s difficult for me to do because I don’t have that circuitry in my chart, and I’m not really interested in it.

[00:25:53] You know? I’m in my… I’m my lone wolf. I take my idea from the divine, I co-create it, and I hand it off to the tribe And that’s why I really see Soul Blueprint as a trainer of trainers, right? Because those trainers are then gonna be the ones that hand it off to the collective. So getting to know where you stack up in the individual tribe collective can really be useful as you think about your signature soul modality.

[00:26:28] So do you align more with the wolf, the elephant, or the whale? Now, this is a big conversation. Developing a signature soul modality, it takes years. It takes a lot of… Well, it can’t– I shouldn’t say that. It can take years. Certainly, it takes years to develop. It doesn’t necessarily take years to design, but there’s a lot of moving parts to it, and certainly, certainly it requires you really beautifully connected to your five spiritual gifts, which I talk a lot about in the episode right before this one.
