[00:00:00] Hi, dear ones. What is happening today? I have been sitting here staring at my computer. I booked a flight. I checked on some banking. And I’m like, huh? Aye. Just, I was feeling stuck about what to. Record for this episode, I had something planned and I just, when I sat down to record it, I was like, it’s not the right time for this. This topic will be talked about.

[00:00:31] But just not today. It needs to percolate a little bit more in my. Idea hopper. So what wants to see what taking that again? So what wants to come through? Well, finally, I just had the insight that I think came from source. Make it a surprise, a surprise for you. A surprise for me. What does source want us to know today?

Uh, otherwise, I’m not really sure what else to talk about because my mind is literally blank right now. So I’m going to do my process to channel, and that is starting with some deep breaths.

[00:03:08] All that there is source energy. I like to call source my source. That’s my primary.

[00:03:20] And. Let’s see what source wants us to know in this moment. And I’m going to begin channeling now.

[00:03:45] And we want you to hear it from your heart. Not your head. So we invite you to take some deep breaths. Sink into the body.

[00:04:04] And. Hear us. Hear us as if you’ve never heard it before. As if everything. We are about to say is completely brand new.

[00:04:23] Hear us from a beginner’s energy. As if you’re a new born.

[00:04:31] A newborn that has access to. A lifetime of wisdom experience. Lifetime’s really.

[00:09:02] Because you are on this path to heal. It means dipping down to lower frequencies is part of it. It’s part of your day. So it’s not to remain high vibrational all the time. It’s to set the intention to spend at. Bit more of each and every day in a bit higher vibrations than you were yesterday.

[00:09:34] One way is to. Start your day asking the question. How can I spend today in higher vibrations? And. It is very likely that. The first. Answer to come back to you will be. Some resistance, that’s ready to be released.

[00:10:01] You wash your physical body every day. And we invite you to wash your energy body every day.

[00:10:09] In the form of releasing the resistance that you don’t need to be carrying around with you anymore. Keeping your energy as clean as possible.

[00:10:26] And then we invite you to explore into what would bring you rest. What would feel restful?

[00:10:36] We cannot. Sustain. Higher and higher energy frequencies from a place of fatigue or burnout.

[00:10:49] Then we invite you to ask what would bring me play.

[00:10:54] Real energetic frequencies of play.

[00:11:01] And the answers to these questions.

[00:11:06] We invite. That you received from your higher self from source, from guides.

[00:11:14] And make it ease for.

[00:11:18] What is your most easeful path towards rest. What is your most easeful past towards play? Taking that again. What is your most easeful path towards play? What is easeful? What is your heart calling you towards?

[00:11:54] What am I being called to create from my heart? Now creation can be art. Writings speaking, making dinner for a loved one. Rearranging a room, open up your aperture to what you see as the creative process. How can I engage my unique genius and a creative process? In a way that fills up my soul and is in service to someone else.

[00:12:37] And lastly, who am I being called to be? What are the stories I want to be telling about myself. That I am the person who. I am the person who meditates. I am the person who moves my body in a way that feels good. I am the person who thrives. I am the person who follows through, on those nudges from the heart.

[00:13:07] I am the person who, what is your heart calling you?

[00:13:14] To tell about yourself.

[00:13:18] And the more you tell that story about yourself. The stories you want to be telling.

[00:13:26] The more, you can align to those stories until they become absolute truth. Of who you are and how you show up.

[00:13:40] Are telling stories about yourself that aren’t in service to you.

[00:13:47] I’m always late. I’m.

[00:13:53] Always burning dinner. I’m.

[00:13:58] Never able to make money in my business.

[00:14:03] Notice those stories.

[00:14:09] In high vibrations. You have the opportunity. To change your outer reality. Sometimes as if it’s like a snap of a finger.

[00:14:22] So past performance is not an indicator of what can be ahead. So even if you’re showing up a certain way or results are showing up in a certain way, You have the power to change, how you show up to change those results. And it starts with living a high vibrational life.

[00:14:51] And finding the stories. Your heart is yearning for you to be telling about yourself. So you can live in to the truth of those stories.

[00:15:04] Live into the truth of you. Of who you are. Of your. Unique and wondrous and amazing authenticity. Potential. Love. And light.
