The Soul Sessions: Taking Ownership of Your Life and Making It All Super Simple

[00:00:00] Hey ho Dear Ones, you have reached another installment of the Soul Sessions where I am coaching soul clients using the Soul Blueprint methodology, and we are inviting in spiritual gifts to get people big results and transformation. And today’s client, Jeanni, is an extraordinary. Coach and healer and lightworker in the world.

[00:00:25] And the question she brought to me is something I see all the time in sessions and that is, Allyson, can you help me tighten up my offer? It feels unclear. I’m not sure if this is what I wanna do. And when we started to unpack like. What the offer is, what she actually offers her clients.

[00:00:47] For me, I was just like, wow, this is super clear. This is super tight. And when we unpeeled the onion a little further, it was clear that she was really up in her head and not listening to her heart, the voice of her intuition, using her spiritual gift of intuition, and she was making it all much harder than it needed to be and going deeper than that, when we do that, it really is a form of self-sabotage.

[00:01:19] I’m gonna over complicate things. Because we hold the belief that it can’t be easeful. It’s gotta be hard. So I gotta come up with like a, a really complex offer and then beat myself up that it’s not all clicking, but when you just sort of. Ask yourself, what is it? I feel called the offer to the people I feel born to serve, and you allow your intuition to just flow through you.

[00:01:54] The offer gets very clear, very fast. And if you can then notice if your brain pops in to say, well, it’s not this, or it’s not that, or it’s not the other thing, or there needs to be more, or it needs to be fancier, or more bells and whistles. If you can just notice that ego voice coming in to judge it.

[00:02:14] Notice it without judgment actually, , invite in your spiritual gift of healing. Feel the feels. Breathe, release, you’ll go back to the offer. The beautiful aligned way that you feel called to serve your clients.

Please enjoy. Jeanni, welcome to the Soul Sessions on Soul Guide Radio. Thank you so much, Allyson. I’m so excited to be here. I am so excited that you’re here. You look and sound great. So, what you had mentioned about what we could unpack today is nailing down your offer and attracting clients. Is that still where, what you wanna focus on?

[00:05:09] Yes. Yeah, so I have a bunch of things sort of, you know, just. Taking up space in my head and I can’t seem to nail it down enough to make it clear. I know what I wanna do, I would know what I wanna deliver, but I’m not sure how to, um, express that to my clients. Okay. What do you wanna do? Just talk me through it.

[00:05:32] So I really want to provide, like the heroin’s journey or some kind of magical journey where it’s like going through the shadow work and having that experience of reconnecting with. You know, your deeper desires and your yearnings and rediscovering what it is you’re here to do or how you’re here to be.

[00:05:50] And I have looked at a couple things where I’ve done sort of like the fairytale kind of version. I’ve done the, you know, uh, Maureen Murdoch’s like heroin’s journey version of things, and I’ve got some ideas. But then I often question, okay, am I doing this for me or for the women I’m serving? Because it’s something I would love to have had done for me when I was really struggling, and that’s what I wanna express.

[00:06:14] But I also don’t know if that’s what my ideal clients are going to want from me. So I get a bit nervous about putting it out there. Love it. So let’s invite in your spiritual gift of intuition and ask your higher self. And then we’re actually also going to use your spiritual gift of intuition to talk to your soul client avatar, because I have a hunch, Jeannie, that you’re way more aligned in your business and in your offer.

[00:06:42] Then you realize and you are, you know, kind of getting up in the head and second guessing, which is where we go, ? And that’s. , Part of our journey. Right? And I think if we just get you outta the head and into the heart, you’re gonna see that you’re on track. But we’re gonna tighten it up a little bit, okay?

[00:06:58] We don’t have to do too many adjustments to this. You’re building a house, right? And you’ve built a solid foundation and you’re starting to build, you know, you’re starting to build it up. And I think like the architecture just wants to shift a little bit, but not too much.

[00:07:14] Like you, you are on track is the intuitive message I’m getting. So let’s tweak and refine it. So just you have that feeling of like, aha, this is who I am, what I wanna do, how I wanna serve my clients. How does that feel? Thank you. Yeah, sounds great. Thank you. Okay, so let’s invite in your spiritual gift of intuition and let’s start by taking some deep belly breaths.

[00:07:38] And we’ll just get out of the thinking mind and just long inhale in. Long inhale out into the lower part of the belly, and as you deep belly breathe, we’re gonna start sinking into the body

[00:08:00] and just feel yourself getting heavy. Feeling your fingers, feeling your toes,

[00:08:11] and start to place your awareness at your heart space at the center of your chest

[00:08:21] and from the heart space. I invite you to connect to your higher self, and I’m gonna ask your higher self.

[00:08:34] Is Jeannie on the right track with this,

[00:08:42] and I invite you to perceive what you receive coming back in response.

[00:08:51] Yeah, I can visualize it very clearly. Okay. Tell me what you see. So it’s how I always sort of see this unfolding where I feel like I’m meant to sort of lead, like to like host a group to have, um. Like a circle almost where I am holding space for women and where we are just encouraging each other and supporting each other and, you know, inspiring each other.

[00:09:22] And so I see it always, you know, in that very floaty, ethereal way where. All of a sudden I have longer hair. It’s curly. Like I just see a different version of me. But it’s very, it’s just very fluid and this sharing of, of this, you know, heroin’s journey, this transformation that we all undergo at some point, but with the support and the guidance from each other, not just me, but from.

[00:09:52] You know, the fellow sisters in the group. It’s so powerful and I just, I just feel it’s so, um, uplifting and deep and soulful and like, I can see it, I can see it happening in my eye, but what I, I think what comes up for me is this fear around it. This fear that, you know, I won’t be enough or I won’t be able to deliver what I want to deliver.

[00:10:17] And I think that’s maybe what, you know, holds me back from. Putting it out there because I can see it crystal clear. Beautiful. Okay. Stay embodied, Jeannie, uh, you know, keep, if it feels okay, keep, keep your eyes closed down and we’re just gonna stay in this meditative state that we’re in and invite in your spiritual gift of healing.

[00:10:41] And I’d love you to just imagine for a sec that these thoughts or are a hundred percent true, I won’t be enough. I won’t be able to deliver this vision. And when those thoughts feel true, what are some of the painful emotions that get triggered? Hmm. Well, I feel like it’s that fear of failure. I. And not just failure for, you know, the public stage, but for myself.

[00:11:12] Mm-hmm. Um, the expectations I hold for myself are extremely high. Also, and how does that feel? Is that like overwhelm? Is that like Yes. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Yeah. It is extreme overwhelm. It is trying to do too much in too little time. It’s part of my design. You know, I know I’m a manifesting generator and I kind of, you know, jump from thing to thing and, and I really, really want to have a deep knowledge of all the things, but I can’t possibly do that.

[00:11:42] So, you know, you choose the things you want to and you deepen in those, but then I often will feel like a failure for not pursuing the other things more deeply, even though I know it’s part of my design to do that. But it’s that, , maybe from childhood that need to, achieve the, the gold star kind of thing, where I just want to be seen as somebody who can do it.

[00:12:08] You know, someone who’s capable and, intelligent and, yeah, and it’s, I, I know, I mean, I was a student for many years then a teacher for many more. And I feel like it’s ingrained in me. So what’s this need for striving? Yeah. So what gets triggered when that feels true? I need to strive, I need to achieve what?

[00:12:29] Emotions get triggered. Exhaustion. I’m just, i’m so exhausted and I want it to be easy. I want it to flow. And I, I feel like when I’m trying to create something, that flow is coming from a place of exhaustion and overwhelm. It does not work. They just don’t go together. Yeah. All right, so stay with me.

[00:12:51] Jeannie, we’re gonna invite in from deep inside these emotions, and I invite you to pull them up and just give yourself permission without judgment, without holding back permission to feel the defeat, eat, and to feel the fear.

[00:13:15] And to feel the overwhelm and the exhaustion. I see a lot of blocked energy, actually right at your throat chakra. So just stay in the body feeling the feels, and I see some blocked up energy there. So go ahead and set the intention to release any barriers that you have up that might be holding your blocked energy inside.

[00:13:38] Yeah. Yes. Okay. Now I see a beautiful big release happening at your throat, and that really is your throat chakra energy is your ability to self express and to create and to speak what the true you feels like speaking and creating and being. Oh yeah. You had a lot of protectors up here. I see a lot of protectors being released, which is great.

[00:14:05] We thank them. They kept you safe when you needed to be safe, but you are, you don’t need them anymore. They no longer serve you, so we’re gonna release them. Oh, you have one big one. Who doesn’t wanna go right at your throat chakra? And it kind of looks like how it’s appearing to me metaphorically. It’s like a serpent with like a tiger head almost.

[00:14:35] Get it out of me. Yeah, exactly. Exactly. So just, there’s a piece of you that feels like it’s not safe. Like, uh, it’s not safe to release this. It’s not sa safe to show up as the true you. So I just want you to know that you, it is safe. You are safe. And so go ahead and set the intention one more time to release anything that might be holding your blocked energy inside of you.

[00:14:59] There it goes. Ah, it just got catapulted outta you. There we go. Woo. Now we’re getting a big release at your throat chakra. Lots of blocked energy being released. Oh, you’re gonna feel a lot lighter after this. Thank you. Yes. And all you have to do is stay embodied, feeling the feels, noticing what’s coming up.

[00:15:25] There we go. Whew. There we go. Just clearing a little bit more. Wonderful. And when the emotional intensity of those waves starts to go down, you can return to your deep belly breathing and just, ah, really release on the exhale, feeling yourself ah, lighter and re sinking into the body. Feeling yourself expanding, reconnecting to the area at the heart space, reconnecting to higher self.

[00:16:12] And we’re gonna invite your spiritual gift of intuition back in. And I’m gonna ask your higher self. So is Jeannie here to do the heroine’s journey work? Is that what you’re calling her to, to focus on right now?

[00:16:28] It’s really resonant. Does it feel like a yes?

[00:16:35] It feels like a yes. And okay, so there, is there something in addition? There’s more. Yeah. Okay. So what is that? Think there’s something more higher self. What is, what else? What, what is the more

[00:16:54] I have a, a really deep sense of. Really wanting to help women, sort of, even without a journey, just to really know themselves, who they are at this moment, like warts and all, all of it. Just, um, that feeling of being truly seen. Not for the rules and the responsibilities and stuff that’s, you know, but.

[00:17:22] Like truly seen at a soul level and, and understanding why maybe they do the things they do or why they’ve reacted the way they’ve reacted, and, just like a deep, deep knowing. Love it. Of the self higher, deep knowing of the self hire self. Is this a second offer or is this an aspect of the Heroin’s journey offer?

[00:17:50] I feel like it’s the, it’s the beginning. It’s the place we have to start. So it’s the first offer. Yeah. It like it. I think they would be together, but I think it’s that this is like where it begins. It’s, it’s gotta be in that, that place of, you know, really taking ownership of. Your life and yourself like as a soul.

[00:18:17] It’s like really knowing yourself before you can start unpacking all of the other things. I love it. So I feel like it’s, I feel like it has to be part of it, but it has to come first. So this comes first. Is this the first step maybe of the heroin’s journey? Taking ownership of your life.

[00:18:40] Yeah. Or I think they’re, I think like what I’m, what I’m feeling called for is almost like, like a letter to yourself. You know, like a releasing of all the, of all the stuff on a page. Like, even, so is this a SA smaller offer? Is this the knowing, taking ownership of your life and releasing, is this potentially a smaller offer, which is what people enroll in when they first get to know you and then they graduate to a Har Heroine’s journey offer?

[00:19:11] Yeah, it could be. It could be, yeah. I, I think where it just feels almost like there’s. You know, some of the reasons why I think I, I follow the different paths that I do is because they all, they all pull something else out of me or, or gift me something different. And I feel like,, the, my astrology, you know, my human design, a lot of those things that I didn’t know before I started studying them, almost like wrote me a permission slip in some ways to, to see myself in a different way and to, see my strengths and the areas that I struggled in differently.

[00:19:56] Like, not as a weakness, but you know, as part of my design and. It, it kind of gave me some freedom, I guess, to, to explore without feeling like I was flawed somehow, or needed to be fixed or I was broken, you know? But that this was just how I was designed and what I was meant to discover here. Yeah, so.

[00:20:23] Here’s what I’m getting for you, Jeannie. I feel like this is all just part, you know, you are a manifesting generator, so you are, have this multi-passionate approach and I feel like all these things that you’re mentioning are just part of your one-on-one coaching. And I also feel for you, this group of women, but it’s like two offers.

[00:20:41] There’s like one-on-one working with Jeannie, and then there’s the group. And within the one-on-one, you don’t need to confine it down to one thing. You can just say, Hey, do one-on-one coaching with me, and here’s what we’re gonna do. We’re gonna take ownership of your life. We’re gonna release what’s not working.

[00:20:58] We’re gonna go on the hero’s journey, we’re gonna do the shadow work, tap into your deeper desires, figure out what you’re here to do. But I’m gonna meet you where you are. And see where you are in your path and that’s where we’re gonna start. So I feel like you don’t like you, it’s all here and it’s all amazing and it all feels incredibly aligned with your gifts and your mission.

[00:21:18] And so, I think your thinking mind is trying to overcomplicate it. And this is just all the magic of Jeanie’s one-on-one coaching. And then also there will be at some point this group offering where you are leading. And sharing, and it’s a Fellowship of Sisters offering support. I mean, how does that feel for you?

[00:21:40] It, it feels really good, but you’re right, my, my thinking mind, my little mercurial mind goes like just wild with the details. You know? Like, how do I, how do I this, how do I that, how do I, and it’s like I get caught up in the weeds, I think. Of it. Keep it simple. Girl, you’ve got, and you do wanna, let me just verify that you do wanna offer one-on-one coaching.

[00:22:06] Yes, I do. I do. And so that’s it. It’s one-on-one coaching with Jeannie, and you are a Swiss Army knife of a coach. And you have all these different things that you offered to a session and you can just, you know, you can have a very simple, coaching landing page where people can find you and book a session and it just says, Hey, these are the different things.

[00:22:27] These are the different. Problems that I, I offer solutions for. And then you’ll, , size up the client in the moment and you can, you know, meet them where they are. , But it’s all here. It’s all very clear to me. You’re ready? This is just all the amazing things inside of Jeannie’s one-on-one coaching. And then I’m a big believer in getting the one-on-one coaching going and when that starts to really,

[00:22:54] kind of, you’re getting people enrolled with relative ease then at a group. And so that like stage two of the plan would be then launch the group program. And I love the look and feel and components of the group that you are visualizing. It’s beautiful. But how does that feel, the sort of, let’s focus on the one-on-one and then move into the group?

[00:23:18] Yeah. So right now on my website, I do have. The one-on-one, the initial package that I, that I offer. And I think it’s been a bit of a struggle to, I guess to market. I’m not a marketer. I’m a healer and a teacher, but I’m not really an entrepreneur, but I am now becoming one and,

[00:23:37] so it’s, it’s there. It’s not, uh, it’s not the, the one that is more, it, this one is more a program based on a course that’s there, there isn’t one posted there that would be a more like, let’s, let’s feel each other out and see what we need and, and create together. That isn’t really on there. But the discovery call is there to, to sort of do that.

[00:23:58] But yeah, it all feels, it all feels really good, I guess. I think, you know, surrounded in the world that we’re in, where we’re around other coaches, oh, here, here we go. Here comes the kitty cat across the screen. Here comes, yes, you’re watching YouTube. The kitty cats are here, kitty cats are in the room.

[00:24:15] Um, but I think it’s, it’s a bit of that comparison, you know, it’s like, what’s this person offering? What’s that person offering? Oh my gosh, I should have more to offer than when I have, and, and then I have all these little sub areas of, of what I’ve been. Learning that I wanna share. And it’s like, well, do I put those on, on a webpage?

[00:24:34] Do I, you know, and you just, I think I get myself really into a state of overwhelm because I feel like I can’t possibly do it all. And I also don’t wanna confuse my potential clients by having so many things up there that it’s like. Geez. It’s like going to a restaurant. There’s like a, a menu of stuff to choose from, and I sort of wanna keep it simple, but I really struggle with simplicity.

[00:25:00] I, I tend to make everything more complex than it needs to be. So that’s a struggle. So this. Yeah, so Jeannie, here are your buffalo steps, which is my word for homework, and that is to do another healing on it has to be complicated, or whatever version of that story that feels very true in the moment. Okay.

[00:25:18] Feel the feels. Breathe, release, and listen to me. And this is coming directly from your guides, and we heard it from your higher. Yeah, you have all the components, everything that you, I want you to, when this is published, I want you to listen to it again. Every little thing you said about the heroine’s journey and the shadow work and the deeper desires, like all that stuff, it all formed a picture, a very coherent picture, and all you have to do is just.

[00:25:48] Talk about that picture on some sort of landing page. It doesn’t need to be a lot of copy. And I’m your one-on-one coach and that’s it. And this is what you sell, okay? You’ve got it all. And yes, I think your brain is trying to make it more complicated than it needs to be, but you have it and it feels very aligned, and it feels very in sync with your gifts and your mission.

[00:26:12] So you’ve got this girl. Thanks. Awesome. How do you feel? I feel, I feel really good. I feel a big release. , And I have to tell you, uh, if you get a chance to check up my website, the picture on my website is a woman in the, in the ocean with water gushing from her throat and, , oh my God, that is the exact vision I saw when you were, you had a huge throat shock release.

[00:26:38] Yeah, I have the original art that I bought from the artist. She lives in Portugal. And, um, and I, you know, got permission to use it to license it on my webpage because it moved me so deeply when I first saw it, because I connected with it. I connected with that feeling of wanting, like something that just gush out and, and something almost like an, it gushes out like a fire hydrant.

[00:26:59] It’s like this, it’s just, that’s amazing. I literally just saw that. I literally just saw that. Oh my gosh. That’s my, that’s my page. That is, see, do you see how much alignment you have? You have so much alignment here and your last bonus buffalo step because you just had a huge throat chakra release. Yeah.

[00:27:19] I want you to ask your higher self invite. In your spiritual gift of intuition, ask your higher self what bold creation it’s calling you to create. And bold doesn’t have to mean a lot of work or something fancy or high tech. It can be super, super simple. What bold creation are you being called to create in service to your ideal client avatar That before, with this blocked throat chakra, you were unable.

[00:27:45] It was just blocked at the throat. But now that that’s clear, let’s create something from the heart. Something juicy, something penetrating, get that sort of, manifesting generator magic going, to your soul, client avatar does, how does that feel? It feels like a job to, to start working on, but yes, I just, I just wanna be working with people.

[00:28:11] I just wanna be helping women and when I’m not doing that, when I’m in the, just the creation mode and not in the actual, working with others mode, it feels a little more empty because it’s like you’re creating and it’s like, but there’s nobody that I’m not in connection with somebody.

[00:28:25] Yeah. So, so that’s, well imagine you need to really get that going. Yeah, yeah, yeah. And imagine your sole client avatar is like in the room with you. Connect to her, connect to her energetically. Just set the intention. Deep breaths. Sink into the body, heart space. Connect to your whole client avatar and feel her in the room with you as you’re creating something simple.

[00:28:47] Uh, it doesn’t, you know, forget the word bold. I was just throwing that out there. I think bold kind of can sometimes make us think, oh, it’s gotta be big and complicated. No, something simple, but from the heart, and invite her in the room with you. Okay. You got this girl, I believe you. I got my buffalo steps.

[00:29:07] Yes. All right. I would love just one last time. How do you feel, Jeanie? I feel very light. I feel a sense of optimism, which is, you know, big one for me. I love it. As a natural board pe pessimist. , Yeah, no, I feel, I feel good. I feel, inspired to, to get back at it. The, you know, get back into creation mode and take a look at some of the things I’ve already started and see what feels aligned and what, what really needs to hit the waste basket.

So if you can take some deep breaths, step back, get away, create some space in your energy, and ask higher self for guidance. How can I make this simple? How can I make it so easy? It would be silly for me not to take inspired action.

[00:32:10] And in doing so and receiving that divine guidance and taking the inspired action, you are taking powerful ownership of your life and this gets you back into alignment, flow, and energetic momentum on your path towards your dreams.
