Let’s boost your ability to heal…
Humanity is going through an evolution in our ability to heal energetically.
Lately, I am seeing magical and massive healing happening in my client sessions and classes.
As part of this, the way we heal is getting more sophisticated and nuanced.
One of the biggest themes I see appearing in client sessions is that: We lightworkers are being called to release the protectors to our energy blocks.
What are protectors to our energy blocks?
Let’s start by defining an energy block. An energy block is unexpressed trauma or stress that gets trapped inside of the energy body creating an imbalance or disruption in flow.
Protectors are the barriers we put up to protect ourselves from and survive trauma. They also protect us from experiencing the painful emotions that are triggered by the painful thoughts and stories our trauma blocks tell us.
To give you an example, my client Sally had an abusive parent. To survive as a child, she noticed that if she stayed quiet, the abuse was less frequent. This caused her to adopt the thought: “If I stay quiet, I’ll be safe.” So this thought became her protector – helping her to stay safe throughout her childhood.
Then as an adult, she outgrew the need for the protector. But she still held the belief system, “I must stay quiet and hidden,” which prevented her from reaching her higher potential or pursue her big dreams.
Not only that, if we want to heal our trauma or release an energy block, we must FIRST release the protector.
Because if we don’t, then the protector will continue to do its job – protecting your blocked energy and consequently keeping it trapped inside your energy system.
This is the one of the main reasons why you can sometimes feel like you’re doing A TON of healing, but certain wounds just keep coming back – again and again and again.
It’s because you have to heal and release the protector first.
Protectors play an important role to help us survive through a trauma, but once we get to the other side, they no longer serve us and thwart our growth.
Luckily, protectors are relatively easy to release. And once you do, your healing gets profound, magical, and powerful – enabling you to release blocks you’ve held on for lifetimes – and for good.

Here is an exercise to help you identify and release any protectors to your energy blocks:
- Take a few deep belly breaths and start to sink into your body and look within
- Scan to notice any resistance or painful emotions inside the body
- Once you identify some resistance, ask the resistance what painful thought or story it’s telling you
- Once you identify a painful thought or story, ask if there is a protector present – protecting you from feeling the painful emotions that are triggered by this painful thought or story.
- Once you identify a protector, heal and release the protector FIRST before moving on to release the block it’s protecting
