While it’s easy to find different people talking about manifestation, most of them tend to say the same things.

[00:02:46] And before we unpack what I mean by a lifestyle, let’s get into the two sides of the coin that is manifestation. And before I even do that. I want to share something that can trigger me a little bit when I hear it. And I hear coaches and those out there in the spiritual discourse saying, well, I don’t really know if manifestation works.

[00:03:11] I don’t really know about this law of attraction. And I can tell you, this is coming straight from source, you guys. Law of attraction is not an idea to be yeah, I believe in it or not believe in it It is. Law of attraction is one of the universal laws that is working for you or against you. It What however you perceive it is working it is in motion At all times into our experience.

[00:03:42] So whenever we manifest a challenging situation, it’s because our energy is vibrating at that frequency. Now you may hear, yes, the law of attraction is about like attracts like. So. You may hear a Law of Attraction guru say, our thoughts create our reality. This is, you know, how the secret, the book, The Secret presents it.

[00:04:08] And I believe, yes, thoughts play a role because our thoughts, the thoughts that we believe are true do affect the frequency at which our energy is vibrating. But it’s really our energetic vibration creates our reality. And when we believe our thoughts, our thoughts create our energy and our thoughts trigger emotional states, which then translates into our emotional energetic resonance.

[00:04:38] And so the more joyful we are feeling, the higher vibrational we vibrate, the more painful we feel, the more painful the emotion, the lower our vibrational resonance. So, when you think about your soul guided dreams and intentions, you’re never dreaming of being sad. You’re never dreaming of powerlessness or shame or guilt, right?

[00:05:05] When you really tap into your dreams, they’re always at the frequency of at least love or higher. Joy, peace, elation, enlightenment, our big dreams, especially, they’re very high vibrational and resonance. And that’s what makes it sometimes challenging. You know, we are human and we’re here to experience the full range of emotions.

[00:05:30] All of us were born with a lot of wounds. We came into this lifetime with lots of ancestral wounds, past lifetime wounds. And then we collect wounds throughout our current lifetime experience. And so those wounds pull us down, and that’s okay, because healing those wounds are part of our soul experience, right?

[00:05:53] It’s one of the reasons, it’s a primary reason why we are here, why we have incarnated to have this human experience, is to heal and release those wounds. And every time we do that, Our energetic resonance raises to something higher. So, if we didn’t have those wounds weighing us down, we would be able to set an intention of a soul guided dream that’s high in frequency, and then maintain that high frequency.

[00:06:26] And because like attracts like, when we are in a high resonance, Feeling, you know, our dominant emotional state throughout a day or a week is joy, peace, love, elation. We’re going to start attracting things in our manifest reality, our physical reality that trigger more love, peace, joy. But when you are truly in a high vibrational joy state, you are very unattached.

[00:06:55] So if your soul guided dream is, well, I dream of bringing on five new clients and that’s going to bring me joy. But instead you get of those five clients, let’s say you meet a new best friend. You ever think about how valuable, especially as an adult, meeting a new person that you connect with so deeply, they become one of your best friends.

[00:07:21] How valuable is that? For me, that, that, there’s such a higher value on that than five new clients. And I love my soul clients. You have no idea how much I love them, but like a best friend that you just like, like, I just, you know, met someone who’s going to be in my soul circle, my personal friendship soul circle for the rest of my life.

[00:07:47] So what if the universe gave you that instead of the five clients? Now, could you. Could you be in that joy state of, Oh my gosh, I manifested a best friend or would your mind be fixated on the fact that you didn’t get five new clients for your business and your business is failing and how are you going to pay your bills and there won’t be enough money?

[00:08:16] Would your mind spiral? And go down the dark path and pull your energy down to that of sadness, defeat, failure. Now, if you’ve ever done the latter, it’s totally okay. We’re here to have a human experience and feel and experience the full range of emotions. And it’s just indicating that you have a wound.

[00:08:39] or an energy block that’s ready to be released. And this actually brings us nicely to why manifestation is ideally a lifestyle, but before I do, I need to get to that coin, right? There are two sides of the coin to manifestation. On the one side is the energy. Well, energy is present on both sides for sure, because our energetic resonance determines what we manifest in our outer reality.

[00:09:09] So we want our energetic vibrations to be vibrating at higher and higher frequencies over time. That’s the overall goal, to raise your dominant energetic frequency, right? But you can’t manifest your dreams by purely releasing blocks, visualizing, and being in the energy. The energetic side of manifestation is one half of the coin.

[00:09:41] And that includes getting a clear vision about what you want, releasing the wounds that are telling you that that dream isn’t possible. You don’t deserve it. It can’t come to you. It only goes to other people. releasing those wounds and visualizing that you’ve already manifested the dream intention. Our energy doesn’t know the difference between a visualization and real, our real physical experience.

[00:10:14] So the more time we actually are in the energy of, I’ve already manifested that thing and visualization will help you get into that energy. You are aligning your energy to that soul guided dream and intention, and that’s what allows it into your experience. So that’s one important half of the coin. The other side of the coin is inspired action.

[00:10:41] You cannot manifest a dream without taking action. Now, action can be a state of doing, and it also can be a state of being. And typically, inspired action is doing from a place of being. Like right now, I was kind of blank minded about what I wanted this podcast episode to be, but then I took some deep breaths, I sunk into the body, and I picked an oracle card.

[00:11:11] And I picked for this episode to like help me get a creative spark for what I wanted to share with you in this moment. And I received fire, the fire card with the message of indulge in your passion. Spirit is lighting a fire under your ass. Yeah, and I got the overwhelming message to do this episode about manifestation as a lifestyle.

[00:11:39] Because what I want to, you know, my, my sole guided intention to back up a little bit here is to have a thriving podcast that’s in the top 1%. Globally and that it really serves you at its deepest. It’s a way people connect to me and might get excited about hiring me or working with me or investing in one of my courses or programs.

[00:12:05] And so this episode is. Part of that larger soul guided dream intention, which I do visualizations on. If I ever feel like I have a wound about this podcast, I heal the wound. I get into the energy of what real soul aligned success looks like for this podcast, but I cannot manifest this dream of being in the top 1 percent if I don’t take inspired action of getting behind the mic.

[00:12:36] And I have to edit, and I have to think about the podcast artwork, and I have to promote it. That’s all inspired action, but I love it. I love being behind the mic for this podcast and you come into this present moment with me and you and I are connected and I’m feeling into your energy and feeling what you most need on a soul level.

[00:13:00] And there is a real fire under my ass right now because I am feeling so much passion. So, this is a really great example of me engaging in both sides of the coin of manifestation, doing the energy work and the inspired action all together. And there is a wild card here that I want to mention. on both sides of the coin it’s present.

[00:13:25] And that’s really the energy frequency of love. Love is such a powerful driver in manifestation because there is a magnetic monopole at our heart chakra. And this magnet is the thing that magnetizes our soul guided dreams and intentions into our experience. So the more stimulated with love that magnet is, the more powerful our ability to manifest.

[00:13:57] And the way to stimulate it the most is through self love, which is the most powerful love of all. Because we always can love others more powerfully when we’re more powerfully loving ourself. And self love is a journey. And we have all sorts of wounds, all of us, that take us away in some way, shape, or form from truly loving ourselves.

[00:14:24] So now I’m going to segue into manifestation as a lifestyle. Because it is a journey. All of this is a journey. Manifesting our Soul Guided Dreams. I mean, how long have I been podcasting now? And I’m gonna get to 1%. To the top 1%. I mean, it’s gonna happen. Like, in the next 6 months, I feel. But I’ve been podcasting for years.

[00:14:54] I’ve released hundreds of episodes. This is not an overnight success. This is me staying true to my soul guided vision of having a top global podcast that’s in deep service to you as a way for people to find me, connect to me. And because the manifestation process is a journey and it’s not a one and done and it’s not, I mean, overnight success, I don’t even believe in it.

[00:15:25] I believe overnight success is not soul aligned typically. Typically. Yes, I believe in quantum leaps. Where you have a period of time of accelerated growth that is so aligned. But overnight success, you know, those 15 minutes of fame, that is more like the ego spike up and spike down. When our dreams are ego led, we can get a spike up in happiness when the dream manifests.

[00:15:54] And then we’re going to get a spike back down in equal measure after the spike up. That is how ego led desires work. You go up and you go down in equal measure. But when dreams are soul aligned, you are raising your overall energetic frequency, creating the space for more joy, love, connection, peace into your experience, and you are expanding your overall joy state.

[00:16:26] There’s no spike up, spike down. So if we treat Our soul guided dreams and our path to manifesting them as a journey, then what do you need to do on the journey to get there? You need to tend to your dreams. You need to be in the lifestyle of the journey that’s enabling you to always be aligning to your dreams.

[00:16:59] I got the concept of manifestation as a lifestyle from the Noom app. Noom is called a lifestyle app for healthy living, and it’s really a weight loss app. And I, it’s not for everybody, you know, weight loss is such a personal journey and what’s going to work for one person isn’t going to work for another.

[00:17:19] But what I can tell you is that it really works for me. It, I’m a pretty organized person and I just like how it, I think it’s for like, I have a pretty, you know, like I have a left facing manifestation arrow. I’ve got a lot of left facing arrows in my human design type. So that means I really like a lot of order and structure to my day.

[00:17:45] So if that is you, you’re probably going to like the new map. If you have a lot of right facing arrows, it’s probably not going to be for you. And that’s totally okay. But what’s great about it is it really. It teaches you how to create a lifestyle of healthy living. And I think everybody agrees that that’s the way the long term solution to having a healthy weight, having healthy energy, healthy body, healthy outlook.

[00:18:15] It’s not a diet where you for six months do a keto or a fill in the blank. And then you go on this diet for six months and then you lose the weight and then you go back to whatever it was you had before, most people then go back to putting on that weight they lost or whatever it is. Manifestation works the same way, right?

[00:18:42] So it really is that you can look at it as the lifestyle of healthy eating and going to the gym and getting your exercise in. That’s going to lead to long term health benefits. Manifestation is the same way. So how do you make manifestational lifestyle? Well, it starts with how you start your day and how you end your day.

[00:19:07] Because remember, the key to making any sort of manifestation really work for you, because remember, it’s always working. You’re always manifesting what you’re vibrating at in this moment. So what’s in your manifest reality today is the result of what you were vibrating at six months ago or six years ago.

[00:19:32] So remember law of attraction is always working and what we want to do is really flex and activate our spiritual gift of manifestation. So that we are intending the life we most want to experience instead of reacting and responding to our outer reality so that we can really align to our soul guided dreams and intentions and manifest them and it’s all gets down to energy guys.

[00:19:58] So how we start our day with a mindfulness practice that enables you to release anything that’s weighing you down, tap into a soul guided dream or intention that then raises your energy back up and, and raises your energy for a couple of minutes or longer in the morning that really grounds your energy for the day.

[00:20:22] It helps you to get a great start of the day. and doing a little visualization about what you want your day to look like and feel like. And it’s always a powerful question to ask, am I excited about the day ahead? Am I excited? And you should get a yes. And whenever I get a no, I’m not excited for today, typically for me, that means I have too much scheduled time.

[00:20:52] Too much scheduled time on my day can be a real anchor for my energy pulling me down. Your anchor might be something different. So really getting to know those anchors that pull you down and then those things that bring you up. And for me, things that bring me up is the creative process. Going to the beach with my dog, making sure I get to the gym, going to Zumba class, spending some time to create some really amazing classes for my soul clients.

[00:21:25] Okay. And then the other important aspect of manifestation as a lifestyle, and this is really important is what do you do right before you fall asleep? Now you really want to think about tuning your energy before you fall asleep because The frequency that we fall asleep at is the frequency we sustain for a good chunk of our sleeping hours.

[00:21:52] So if you fall asleep in the energetic frequency of stress. You will be in a low vibrational sleep and you will not probably sleep that well. It will be a restless sleep and you will wake up in a low vibration, not feeling that rested. But as you drift off, if you fall asleep in the frequency of joy and love and expansion, you will vibrate at that frequency.

[00:22:23] Whilst you sleep, it will enable you to sleep deeper and it will enable you to wake up energized and refreshed and ready to ground yourself to start the next day. So a simple but powerful morning and evening practice that works for you and your energy, you probably have it. But can you re-fortify it?

[00:22:49] Can you take it to the next level? Can you add another piece to it that will make it even more powerful? [00:23:55] When you view manifesting your soul guided dreams and intention as a journey, as I’m in this for the long haul, and if my soul is calling me to a dream, but my current day evidence is showing that that dream isn’t possible, it’s not happening yet, there’s no evidence present that my dream is going to happen, but your heart is still calling you towards it.

[00:24:22] It just means there’s some tweaks and refinements that want to happen. There’s some wounds that still need to be healed. But if you could stay committed to the long term dream and keep taking inspired action and keep aligning your energy. And that also means releasing any attachment to the dream when that pops up, because there’s always going to be attachment.

[00:24:49] And if you ever think about a soul guided dream or intention that feels bad because it’s not happening yet, that means you have attachment. And that’s okay. It’s feedback. All you want to do in those situations is feel the attachment, release it, go back to the soul guided dream. And when you are really unattached and in alignment to your dream, It’s always going to follow the principle, this or something better.

[00:25:13] So either you’re going to manifest the dream as you’re envisioning it, or it’s going to be something better. So there’s no reason to be attached and you’re in the joy and thrill of the journey, manifestation is a lifestyle. And when you truly get into that energy, manifestation can get super magical. And we’ll leave you awe inspired.
